Insert BTS song here. Oh, wait, no, that's not quite right. Butter. Ladies and gentlemen, please sit back and enjoy episode 112. [00:02:01] Speaker B: Butter. Welcome to the hundred and 12th episode of the Cracked Die podcast. [00:02:08] Speaker C: Woohoo. [00:02:09] Speaker B: All right, 112 episodes. [00:02:14] Speaker D: I remember when we were just young whippersnappers we put out for a month. [00:02:22] Speaker E: So. [00:02:25] Speaker C: Yep, just like that. [00:02:26] Speaker E: Has anybody else been watching dopesick? Because the guy who plays the main sackler guy, like, literally talks like that. And it's the weirdest thing. [00:02:35] Speaker C: I have not. [00:02:37] Speaker D: No, I don't know what that is. [00:02:39] Speaker E: It's about, like, how the Purdue pharma company screwed the entire nation over with OxyContin by telling super wasn't addictive. [00:02:46] Speaker D: Yeah, okay. I remember seeing ads for that. Yeah. [00:02:49] Speaker E: And it's really funny because, like, you watch this performance and be like, this has to be, like, exaggerated to make him seem more villainous, but apparently it is very much not. And, like, the guy is just actually that much of a cartoon villain in real life, huh? [00:03:01] Speaker D: Yep. [00:03:02] Speaker E: Well, then this has been your. This has been your daily tangent, courtesy of Christine. [00:03:06] Speaker C: Thank you, Christine. [00:03:10] Speaker B: So this is not a podcast about that show. [00:03:14] Speaker E: This is at us. [00:03:17] Speaker B: Yeah, right. It could be, though. But this is a podcast about Pathfinder two E. And when I say about, I mean, we vaguely try and play this game. [00:03:27] Speaker E: We follow most of the rules to. [00:03:29] Speaker D: The best of our ability. [00:03:30] Speaker B: Yes. [00:03:30] Speaker D: Which is what it is. [00:03:32] Speaker E: Thanks for all of you who have stuck with us so far. [00:03:35] Speaker B: We're trying tuning in. You've probably heard us stumble. [00:03:39] Speaker F: I really thought this was Shadowrun. I guess I gotta put all these six sided die away. Sorry. [00:03:43] Speaker D: I'll use those. I'll use those. It's fine. [00:03:46] Speaker E: Keep them up for telling. [00:03:47] Speaker B: At the end of last episode, you all leveled up. Is that correct? [00:03:53] Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, we did. [00:03:55] Speaker C: Heck yeah. [00:03:56] Speaker B: And I guess that means you guys have some fancy new abilities, right? Right. [00:04:03] Speaker D: Who's to say? [00:04:04] Speaker F: Same old, same old. [00:04:05] Speaker B: Who's to say? Who's to say? Well, I think that, you know, being the magnanimous GM, which I've said many a time on this show. [00:04:17] Speaker D: Many a time you've said Mona Mimis. Many a time. [00:04:20] Speaker B: Magnag. Not. Not. [00:04:22] Speaker E: Magnanimous. [00:04:24] Speaker B: Monogamous. [00:04:26] Speaker E: Monogamous. [00:04:27] Speaker D: Monogamous. [00:04:29] Speaker C: Monogamous. What is happening? [00:04:32] Speaker E: I don't know what? [00:04:34] Speaker B: Magnum opus. Yes, I have decided at level eleven, which is what you all are. [00:04:41] Speaker D: Sorry, hold on. Did you say Magnum anus? [00:04:43] Speaker F: No, I said magnum opus. [00:04:46] Speaker D: Opus. Sorry. Continue on. [00:04:50] Speaker B: As Patreon subscribers pay for being the illustrious and loving game master that I am, I decided finally at level eleven, to give you all a free. Free archetype. Because I'm that loving at level eleven. Y'all got some. You guys got a lot of things at level eleven. So let's start at the top of my list here with Saraya. What the heck happened? [00:05:18] Speaker E: So, with the archetype, I had already had the familiar master dedication. So I just kind of like, shunted that into that slot. So I have a couple new fun things for Jasper. So I can make. I can give him six abilities now instead of four. So along with his, like, can turn into a mostly elf looking thing and can talk and actually use his thumbs and stuff, he once again gives me extra reagents and he can heal me if we're in the same spot. So that's cool. At level eleven, my perpetual potency, which is the formulas I can make without reagents, increase to moderate. So I can make a ghost charge and moderate ghost charge and moderate alchemist fire without having reagents, which is very useful. I swapped out. Instead of the feet being the archetype, I swapped that up for far lobber. So I can now throw bombs 30ft. I gain juggernaut. So I get the crit success on fort saves if I roll a regular success. And I have a couple new formulas which are mostly just moderate or greater forms of stuff I already had. [00:06:20] Speaker C: Okay, that sounds awesome. [00:06:22] Speaker E: Especially with the archetype. There was, like, a lot of stuff happening for Saraya this time. I also have the feat that I took. This level is fast recovery. So I get twice the hp from resting and I recover better from saves against poison and stuff. So every time I succeed at a fortitude, save against an ongoing disease or poison, I reduce its stage by two or by one against a virulent disease or poison. And every. Every critical success reduces it stage by three or two, etcetera. In addition, I reduce the severity of your drained condition by two when you rest for a night instead of by one. [00:06:57] Speaker B: That's fast recovery. [00:06:58] Speaker E: Fast recovery, which I think kind of goes nicely with. Like, she's already got poison resistance and absolutely, she's definitely dealt with a lot of weird, narsty shit in her time as a blood mage, so. [00:07:12] Speaker C: For sure. Blood mage. That's right. Oh, my gosh. [00:07:17] Speaker B: Anyway, right? [00:07:18] Speaker E: That's what's new. [00:07:19] Speaker B: Yeah. Hero hit points went up to making it harder to. To kill you, unfortunately. [00:07:27] Speaker C: Why do you sound so sad, Sean? [00:07:29] Speaker B: Because, well, if I'm gonna get sad, let's talk about things that are gonna make me really sad. Because this means when you get to a level eleven, Brianna's ac goes up and she was already impossible to hit. [00:07:42] Speaker E: Yep. [00:07:42] Speaker B: So let's talk about Briana and what happens to her at level eleven with a free archetype. [00:07:49] Speaker C: Well, I've made it so that not only am I harder to hit, my friends hopefully will also be harder to hit. At the same time, I have chosen to go in the route of being more of a bastion for my free archetype. I've chosen the bastion dedication. And so far, everything related to it, I have chosen, uh, let's see, disarming block, which basically states that I can attempt to disarm the creature who's attacking me if I blocked the weapon they attack me with. And I can do it without a free hand. I think the exciting part of this archetype is that not only can I do liberating step, but I can also use shield warden, which basically states that I can use my shield block reaction to protect an adjacent ally that is being attacked. Paired with my quick shield block reaction, I can also, for example, be able to liberating step and use shield warden in the same turn. So, for example, say, twin Talon is, I don't know, 15ft away, and I liberate him from this oncoming, you know, person attack. And then I've got Saraya to my left and somebody tries to swing a sword at her, I can throw up my shield there. So Brianna feels like she can protect her friends and do good. [00:09:18] Speaker B: Yeah, I just looked up the quick shield block, like, actual rules, and it basically says you get an additional reaction. Now, you technically have two, but one of those reactions can only be used for shield block, which is fine, but that's really what's cool about that. [00:09:35] Speaker D: Also is that paired with the first thing she said, which was the disarming block, or anytime she shield blocks, she can disarm for free. So now she can do that twice around. Suck it, Shawn. [00:09:45] Speaker B: Ugh. [00:09:47] Speaker D: Ugh. [00:09:48] Speaker B: I don't. No. Thank you. [00:09:50] Speaker C: Yes. Yes. So Brianna's definitely focusing more on her shield work. Cause why not? [00:09:57] Speaker B: And I just wanna let everyone know that your ac is now 32. [00:10:01] Speaker C: You're welcome. [00:10:02] Speaker D: Is that with a shield or without? [00:10:03] Speaker B: That's. I believe that's with a shield. [00:10:05] Speaker C: Are you sure? No. Because without a shield, it's 31. Would it be at least two more? [00:10:09] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. 33. 33. [00:10:12] Speaker C: Yep. Yes. With a shield, I am 33. Let's see what else happened for Brianna. At eleven, I also got shielded stride, which means that while my shield is raised, I can stride up to half my speed without triggering reactions from movement. So if I move out of a threatened square or into one, I don't trigger any of that. I believe just by my movement. [00:10:40] Speaker B: And you've got a general feat, which also goes on to that. [00:10:44] Speaker C: Mm hmm. Mm hmm. I was just getting to that. I'm sorry. [00:10:46] Speaker B: Yeah, go ahead. No, no, go ahead. I love. I love how you comboed all of this together. It's great. [00:10:54] Speaker C: I will give my lovely, lovely husband all the credit for being able to, like, show me all these wonderful things, because I am terrible at character buildings. So I say, Matt, please help. He's like, look at all these shiny things. And I say, yes, please give me all the shinies. And that is how it usually happens. So Brianna has always been the slower member of the party. So I thought not only will I be able to move a bit faster with this dried feet, but now that I can move at a normal pace with everybody else. So now my movement speed is 25 as opposed to 20. [00:11:36] Speaker B: Okay, well, that's helpful. [00:11:38] Speaker C: Yeah. There's something else. [00:11:41] Speaker B: I really don't appreciate you guys getting so much better. [00:11:46] Speaker C: I mean, you. You told us to level up Sean, and then. [00:11:50] Speaker D: Yeah, and then you gave us five free feeds. [00:11:53] Speaker B: I know. I'm regretting all of my life choices. [00:11:56] Speaker D: Well, too late now. Let's move on. [00:11:58] Speaker B: Yeah. All right. Well, now that next is Heidi. Heidi. What? How. Oh, boy. How did. Ooh. Ruin my life more? [00:12:08] Speaker G: I don't think I necessarily ruined anyone's life. I perhaps ruined my own life. It's fine. [00:12:13] Speaker B: So I think you've. You've home wrecked a couple people's. I. [00:12:20] Speaker G: We're fine. Everyone's fine. I got mighty rage at level eleven, which means some of my. My rage feats that I have are free actions, such as sharing rage. I can do that as a free action now, or come and get me acts as a free action now as long as my rage is enabled. So I can do that now for free, which is great. I also took aerobatics mastery feat, which gives me a few circumstance opponents to acrobatics checks. I have an attack of opportunity now. And I have topple foe. [00:12:55] Speaker D: Ooh, attack of opportunity. Nice. [00:12:58] Speaker G: Yes, it's a reaction. I can take advantage of the opening created by my ally to tip my foe off their feet, attempting an athletics check to trip the target of the triggering attack. So I can do that now. [00:13:13] Speaker D: Wait, so when someone attacks an adjacent enemy, you can trip them for free or as a reaction? [00:13:18] Speaker G: Yes. [00:13:18] Speaker D: That's awesome. [00:13:19] Speaker C: That is pretty awesome. [00:13:22] Speaker G: Well, okay, I have to attempt an athletics check, but yes, I could do it. I could do it for free. It's not an action, it's a reaction. [00:13:28] Speaker D: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:13:29] Speaker G: So I can do that now. I've taken two archetype feats. I've taken a linguist dedication and a martial dedication. Listen. Ooh. Has been a world traveler, right? I figure she's got to know some languages and she's a very cunning linguist. [00:13:48] Speaker D: That's where I was going with it, too, but I was just waiting to talk. [00:13:53] Speaker G: She's got to woo her lover somehow, right? So since she got hit on the head, I figure, you know, maybe she had some amnesia, and all of a sudden, at level eleven, guess what? She knows. She knows lots of languages now, but I've taken these other languages and Shawn, let me know if they're okay. I've taken abyssal, Elven, goblin, infernal, Kalish, and Veresian. [00:14:16] Speaker B: Holy poop. That's a lot. All right, give me that list again. You said abyssal. That's cool. [00:14:21] Speaker G: Elvin. [00:14:23] Speaker B: Elvin. [00:14:24] Speaker G: I gotta woo my lovers. [00:14:26] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:14:26] Speaker G: Goblin. [00:14:27] Speaker B: Gotcha. So you can woo your lovers. [00:14:29] Speaker G: I'm gonna woo all my lovers. Infernal. [00:14:33] Speaker B: Okay, you can talk to the demons, internal and external. Kalish. Also you can talk to the demons, internal and external. [00:14:42] Speaker G: And fareeshin, you can talk to me. [00:14:45] Speaker B: And you can woo your lovers some more. [00:14:47] Speaker G: I can woo all of my lovers. [00:14:49] Speaker B: All right. [00:14:49] Speaker E: Apparently the goal is just to turn this adventuring party into a giant polycule. [00:14:54] Speaker G: Great time, guys. We're gonna have so much fun. I'm gonna speak all your. [00:14:57] Speaker B: They should be now showing up on your character sheet. [00:15:00] Speaker G: I appreciate you. Thank you so much. I've also taken the marshal dedication, so I. Because I took two archetype feats. So I've taken. I have a ten foot aura to grant me one to saves against fear, which acts as an aura for my co patriots as well. If anyone is within that aura, they also get that. [00:15:20] Speaker D: Nice. [00:15:21] Speaker B: And that's just always on, right? [00:15:23] Speaker G: Yeah. Yeah. [00:15:25] Speaker C: That's awesome. [00:15:26] Speaker D: Did you choose diplomacy or intimidation? I have to know. [00:15:29] Speaker G: I. Oh, how do I find out? Cause that was so yesterday and I don't remember. Probably intimidation. I'm probably gonna go with intimidation. [00:15:40] Speaker D: Okay. Because there's two different martial like paths. There is the marshal that, like, sends fear into the hearts of the enemies, and then there's the marshal that inspires their allies. So just. I figured I knew the answer, but I was just curious in case things were different than I thought. [00:15:59] Speaker G: You get what you get here. There is no. There is no ulterior motives. I am what you see is what you get. That is what I have. Oh, and with the linguist ability, I have this really fun thing that happens. I can, if I don't speak their language, I can try to interpret using root words and things like that. So some roles will be made between me and the GM, and if I fail, I can horribly misinterpret what they're saying, which could be really fun. [00:16:30] Speaker B: Oh, I cannot wait. Oh, this is going to be amazing. All right, Matt, how have you ruined my life? [00:16:42] Speaker D: It's funny you should say ruined, but anyway, so twintalon level eleven got general feet, so I took toughness. Honestly, I was looking at my sheet and I was surprised I didn't have it already, so I was like, gotta get that. I took the skill feat of kip up. So now I have the same thing that, ooh, does, where if I am prone, I can stand up. As a free action, I shifted. So I'd already taken the Beastmaster archetype, so I shifted some of those things around. So I put those into the free archetype slot, and then I took some other stuff instead. So now Twintalon has mobility. So he can, if he moves, I think, uses a stride, and he uses less than half of his movement. He doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity or reactions that are triggered on movement. Also, I took heal animal. So basically I have a focus point that I can use to cast one spell, which is to heal Taisani. And I can use it as a one or two action spell. A lot like heal where one action is touched, two actions within 30ft and it does a little extra healing. And then I took some other feats that I'm gonna save for later because I feel like they should have some story way that they're activated rather than just like, oh, I have this ability now. [00:18:01] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah, I agree. [00:18:04] Speaker D: We'll put those on the back burner until it feels appropriate that they come up. [00:18:07] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:18:08] Speaker D: Oh, and I got an extra d six for my sneak attack. [00:18:10] Speaker C: Nice. [00:18:10] Speaker D: That's just boring stuff though. [00:18:12] Speaker C: So boring. [00:18:14] Speaker D: Extra three or seven damage every attack. [00:18:17] Speaker C: Oh, jeez. [00:18:19] Speaker E: Sean is just that like Ben Affleck with a cigarette meme. [00:18:26] Speaker C: Okay, Sean, you sound so upset. [00:18:31] Speaker D: Well, you're about to say knife sword. [00:18:34] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:18:36] Speaker D: Racing his magnum anus. [00:18:40] Speaker F: The magnum opus anus. [00:18:42] Speaker E: What, did you miss that whole part earlier? [00:18:45] Speaker C: What is happening? [00:18:46] Speaker B: What the hell? [00:18:47] Speaker C: Hi, grandma. [00:18:49] Speaker F: I mean, I still. I still like make attacks. Reactions can still happen to me. My armor class isn't divisible by 30. You know, I'm not Polygon all over the place. I don't have a sparkly bird. I mean, I don't know what your. [00:19:04] Speaker E: Problem is, okay, but before we get into that real quick. So one of Jasper's fun new things is that he's a mascot. So if it would help knife, sword get over his fear, he can use some of my master abilities on Jasper. [00:19:19] Speaker B: Rob, would you like to discuss anything you put on your character sheet or are we just gonna wait and find out? [00:19:24] Speaker F: No, no, I'll talk about it. Sure, why not? [00:19:26] Speaker B: Okay. Okay. [00:19:26] Speaker F: So as per episode, goblin counting seven, six, rotten foot, subsection, drunkenness, beach, ramble, knife, sword, has decided to try to learn more things. So he figured the best way to learn things was to have books. But books are heavy and there's already not a lot of room in the backpack for, you know, more books. So, I mean, he had to throw out everything else that was in there. So anyway, he decided, well, he needs a spell to carry books around. He. He got a spell to have like sort of, uh. I wouldn't cycle a spectral library. What is it called? Wait a second. It's gonna take me a minute to scroll down through all these, um, still going through spells. 1 second. [00:20:14] Speaker B: I know. I know, y'all. [00:20:15] Speaker F: Oh, here it is. Pocket library. Yeah, so he can, like, you know, pull spells out, like, books out as he needs them to read about different things, you know, but not have to carry them all, you know, bring it. Anyway. So, um. Anyway, yeah, so, uh, he basically, um, decided to sort of do, like, a wizard dedication and learn how to cast spells as a wizard as well as a sorcerer. So he's, you know, filling out his spellbook with different things. Um, he saw this one spell and it sounded really familiar. It was like. It was called gravity well. And he thought about taking it, but then he thought, no, no, that's just too similar to something he can already do. So, um, he didn't take that. I mean, you know, he did. That got him thinking, though. Cause, um, he was like, you know, if I pull people certain directions, what if I just make it so they're not pulled in any direction? So he's gonna play where I'm with something like that. So, yeah, you know, nothing. Nothing crazy. Not. Not. I mean, you know, I, you know, erasing all of forces on somebody doesn't seem that weird, right? No. [00:21:24] Speaker B: Okay, so I just want to pull back the curtain and it's like eleven in the morning. And I'm going to go get a beer real quick because I need a stiff drink after listening to these level ups. [00:21:40] Speaker F: Oh, did I. Did I mention that I added 30ft to all my casting distances? [00:21:45] Speaker D: What? [00:21:45] Speaker E: What? [00:21:47] Speaker C: Oh, my. [00:21:48] Speaker B: I'm gonna go get a screwdriver because. [00:21:51] Speaker F: How did you do that? [00:21:53] Speaker B: Orange juice. [00:21:56] Speaker F: It was a feat. Yeah. And I got, like. I got this one spell. It's called phantasmal calamity. That can go 500ft. [00:22:06] Speaker E: Now go 530. [00:22:07] Speaker F: No, no, I think that's after the addition, because now. Now my gravity wells are 120ft away. [00:22:13] Speaker E: Well, that doubles your casting range. [00:22:16] Speaker F: Yep. I just do what the computer says, so. [00:22:21] Speaker B: Okay. [00:22:22] Speaker F: I need bigger maps, Sean. I need to be able to see farther. [00:22:25] Speaker E: He's like, y'all are in this fight right here. I'm over at the next three encounters. We are not on the same level. [00:22:31] Speaker B: I genuinely feel a little nauseous after all of that. Like, I am concerned about the rest of this book for not you guys. You guys are gonna be fine. But me? What about me? What about Sean? Okay, well, let's do a recap. Last time, before you guys ruined my life with your level ups, you guys decided to explore the long roads. Coffee house. You walked in after spending some time in the rest of the city, getting information, saving people from demons, telling people that, no, this wasn't actually the. The country that you think it is, it's not Nidal. This is weird. They wouldn't have used this type of demon. They would have sent a Velstrex or something. But let's go to the long roads coffee house and make sure everyone is safe there. You walked in and immediately you heard some bells ringing. You've heard these bells before. They are bone shattering, ringing. You see two images of this very pale person floating slightly above the ground. Twin Talon. Behind you you see flaming hellhounds that apparently only you can see. And there are two bodies on the floor. Let me read some box text for everyone because that's what everybody loves. This is a short flight of stairs leads to the double doors of a handsome two and a half story wood and stone building. The doors currently swing awkwardly loose. One of them, damaged. Two broken chairs lie sprawled on the front stairs, which are smeared with what could be food or something fouler. Overturned tables are visible through the front windows. The smell of blood, cardamom, and coffee wafts down the stairs along with the sounds of muffled banging. The room here is a mess of overturned tables, broken chairs, smashed dishes and corpses. The sharp smell of scorched coffee and burned bread fills the air. And I believe that we are going to have to do something that we haven't done in a long time and, like, maybe one whole episode. And that is roll four initiative, starting with Saraya, 21. Hyah. [00:25:08] Speaker C: I got a 31. [00:25:10] Speaker B: Okay. [00:25:11] Speaker G: Heidi, who got 29? [00:25:13] Speaker B: Okay. [00:25:15] Speaker D: Matt, 33. [00:25:17] Speaker B: And knife sword. [00:25:18] Speaker F: I was told that I had the same as twin Talon. [00:25:21] Speaker D: That is untrue. [00:25:22] Speaker F: Well, that's what it says here. We have the exact same number. [00:25:24] Speaker D: That's not. [00:25:25] Speaker C: No, nobody's. There are witnesses. [00:25:28] Speaker D: Robert, say your number. [00:25:29] Speaker B: Robert. [00:25:30] Speaker F: 32. [00:25:33] Speaker D: It still butters my toast that every time I roll, I have a plus seven or eight. Yeah, I have a plus eight on him. And we always have, like, the same fucking initiative. Oh, my toast is so moist with. [00:25:43] Speaker B: This butter. [00:25:49] Speaker E: Patriot patrons. If that's not, like, a favorite quote, I'm gonna be real upset. [00:25:56] Speaker B: All right, butter toast man. We are. You are going second. [00:26:01] Speaker D: Yeah, I know. Bullshit. [00:26:03] Speaker B: As one of my creatures, you see. So you see a burning mace get pulled out of nowhere, going to float towards you. Matt. [00:26:18] Speaker F: What? [00:26:19] Speaker B: Okay. And a strike at you with this burning mace. Okay, that is a 38. [00:26:30] Speaker D: That is a hit. [00:26:31] Speaker B: Right? And the burning mace does 26 points of damage. 16 of that is physical. Ten of that is fire. [00:26:42] Speaker D: So I remove five. So means I take 21 instead. [00:26:46] Speaker B: Okay, so there we go. [00:26:48] Speaker C: You too? Far too. [00:26:50] Speaker D: Yeah, just too far to liberate. Sorry. [00:26:52] Speaker C: Yeah, literally just out of my reach. If only I can throw my shield. [00:26:58] Speaker D: We'll get Captain America on this soon. Don't worry about it. [00:27:01] Speaker B: That's all three of its actions. Okay, twin Talon, it is your turn. [00:27:09] Speaker D: All right, so this guy who just hit me with this flaming mace is adjacent to me. And there are flaming dogs nearby? [00:27:16] Speaker B: Yes, directly behind you. There are. So directly to your west, there are what look like hellhounds nipping at your heels. [00:27:27] Speaker D: Okay. Have they done anything to me? [00:27:31] Speaker B: Not yet. [00:27:32] Speaker D: Okay, so first things first. Taysani is gonna come in, she's gonna fly south. [00:27:39] Speaker B: Okay? [00:27:39] Speaker D: Come up behind this hellhound and this flamey, flamey boy. And this creature that just hit me, do they look incorporeal or do they just look? Can you describe them again? [00:27:54] Speaker B: Yes, I can describe them. They are medium in size, a little translucent, and they seem to be dripping a little bit of some sort of goo off of them. [00:28:11] Speaker D: Yeah, not a fan of any of that. All those things you said. [00:28:15] Speaker C: Not a fan does not sound advertising. [00:28:17] Speaker D: No, thank you. I would like to pass and not have to deal with them. [00:28:21] Speaker B: Does this help? Does that picture help with what they look like? [00:28:25] Speaker D: Kinda. I mean, they're still floaty dudes with. He's got a piece of junk in his hand, but I guess it works as a mace. [00:28:33] Speaker B: Yeah, it's. It's. If a dementor had a face. [00:28:38] Speaker E: Yeah, it kind of looks like a red dementor with, like, warhammer or warcraft. Pauldrons. [00:28:44] Speaker D: Yeah, he loves the pauldrons. All right, I will attempt to attack this creature that just attacked me. Okay, let's hit their flat foot at ac. [00:28:54] Speaker C: You got this, man. [00:28:55] Speaker B: And in case anyone is wondering, it is, if you wanted to discover what this creature is, you would have to use religion. Religion. [00:29:07] Speaker D: Well, maybe I'll do it on my turn when I run out of things. Other things to do. [00:29:12] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:29:13] Speaker D: But for now, I'm just gonna try to attack him. [00:29:15] Speaker B: Okay? [00:29:16] Speaker D: And unless it cannot be flat footed. It is flat footed. So that is a 36 to hit. [00:29:21] Speaker B: 36 versus its flat footed ac will hit. [00:29:24] Speaker D: Okay, so. So it does 33 damage. [00:29:28] Speaker B: Okay. [00:29:29] Speaker D: And I will put the debilitating strike on it that I do an extra two d six damage when I hit it. [00:29:34] Speaker B: Okay? [00:29:35] Speaker D: Okay, so. So it took 33 damage. Right? [00:29:38] Speaker B: It took damage. [00:29:40] Speaker D: It's a cold iron weapon. I don't know if that matters, but it's a magical cold iron. [00:29:43] Speaker B: Oh, um. Oh, boy. Okay, yes, it took some, but not all. [00:29:50] Speaker D: Okay, then I am going to attack it again. Okay, that is a natural 20. [00:29:59] Speaker B: Can it be crit on, um, immunity? Let's see. It can be critical. [00:30:07] Speaker C: Yes. Hell yeah. [00:30:09] Speaker D: All right, so let's see what we got. Can you tell me if this is a fan one? [00:30:13] Speaker B: It is, it's from Mike from Perth. [00:30:16] Speaker D: All right. Hello, Mike. So, piercing, that was a close one. Target is frightened three, but make a but may make a will save against the target's class DC, decreasing it by one on a save or two on a critical save, which is nice because at least they're frightened one. So they need to make a will save. [00:30:34] Speaker B: Okay, we'll save 26. [00:30:39] Speaker D: That is a failure. So they are frightened three. Assuming that they're not immune to being frightened. [00:30:45] Speaker B: I'm looking at these. No. [00:30:48] Speaker E: All right, thank you, Mike. [00:30:50] Speaker D: Yeah, I'm gonna roll some dice. Okay, so normal damage would be 38 eight. So double damage would be 76 damage. [00:31:03] Speaker B: Okay, now hang on a second. Let's, let's slow your roll a little bit. And I'm gonna reveal something, and I made a mistake with your first set of damage, but we're gonna let that one go. But if they are immune to precision. [00:31:16] Speaker D: Damage, then they're immune to a lot of my damage. [00:31:20] Speaker B: Yes, but how much? So you did 17 physical times two. Because they're immune to the precision. [00:31:28] Speaker D: Right. So that's 34. [00:31:30] Speaker B: 34. [00:31:31] Speaker D: Okay. These guys suck. [00:31:35] Speaker E: Yeah. [00:31:35] Speaker D: Also, if they're immune to precision damage, they might be immune to crits. [00:31:40] Speaker B: Oh, let's look. [00:31:42] Speaker D: Cause usually if you're immune to precision damage, you don't have like an anatomy, which means no part of your body is more important than any other part. [00:31:50] Speaker B: So it does not specifically say. It says some creatures are immune to precision damage regardless of the damage type. These are often amorphous creatures that lack vulnerable anatomy. Creatures immune to precision damage would ignore the precision damage, but would still take the rest of the piercing from the strike. Critical hits. Critical hits are their own thing, it looks like. So I'm gonna say you could still critic, you can still use a critical, but. Okay. The precision. Precision doesn't go through unless you find something counter of that. No, not that. I think you'll search very hard. [00:32:27] Speaker D: Not right this second. I would give it more time in between games kind of thing, but right now. [00:32:32] Speaker B: Yeah, but I have also seen monsters that just say immune to criticals. So. [00:32:37] Speaker D: So, yeah, so it's, it's frightened three and it took 34 minus whatever it. Its resistance damage. [00:32:43] Speaker B: Yeah, that frightened really sucks too. [00:32:46] Speaker E: What are the mechanical effects of that? [00:32:47] Speaker D: It's minus three. To everything. [00:32:49] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:32:49] Speaker D: Damn. Anytime they roll a die, basically, it's minus three. [00:32:53] Speaker E: Beautiful. [00:32:54] Speaker D: And I will take my last action to try to think about them. [00:32:58] Speaker B: Give me a religion. [00:32:59] Speaker D: That is a 31. [00:33:00] Speaker B: That is just enough to know one thing about them. [00:33:05] Speaker D: Okay, do they have any weaknesses? [00:33:07] Speaker B: No weaknesses. Okay, let me give you some more. Let me give you the information that you would get just because of rolling. Enough. This is called a remnant of Barzili. B a r z I l l a I. This is an. A rare, lawful evil medium. Incorporeal undead creature. That is what you know. [00:33:31] Speaker D: Okay, so twin tunnel, call out the remnants of Barzilli. They're undead, they're evil, they're incorporeal, and they don't take nearly enough damage from my stabs. [00:33:42] Speaker B: Okay, next up is knife sword. [00:33:45] Speaker F: Okay, so I think my reaction when he yells out that they're undead, you go, yeah, I want to run across the room, dive under the table next to Brianna. [00:33:57] Speaker B: Okay, so I will say you have cover. [00:34:00] Speaker F: I was gonna try to be cinematic and slide under the table to the back of twin talon there, you know, someone do like, like a rock and roll knee slide under the table up, up to his sword arm and like, hit his. [00:34:13] Speaker C: Nice. [00:34:13] Speaker F: Touch his weapon and cast ghost weapon on it. [00:34:16] Speaker B: Okay, what does ghost weapon actually do? [00:34:20] Speaker F: Good question. Ghostly weapon. Here we go. Touch attack targets. One non magical weapon that is either unattended or welded by a willing character. [00:34:28] Speaker D: So my weapon is magical. [00:34:30] Speaker F: Does it matter? I guess it doesn't matter. Does it matter? [00:34:32] Speaker B: Target one non magical weapon that is either unattended or wielded by you or a willing. [00:34:38] Speaker F: I got a willing ally based magical. So I guess maybe that's so dumb, though. [00:34:42] Speaker D: Why does it matter? [00:34:43] Speaker E: I mean, if it only gives it the magic trait for overcoming damage reduction. [00:34:46] Speaker D: No. [00:34:48] Speaker F: Incorporeal creatures and objects. It is welded by a corporeal. It can be welded by a corporeal or non corporeal being. [00:34:54] Speaker B: You know what? I'm gonna, I'm gonna just say that you can you put it onto his weapon. I think that non magical tag is dumb on it. So it's our game. I'm gonna say you can cast ghostly weapon on twin talons weapons. [00:35:12] Speaker D: Yeah, I think that's a good closed off. Not just because it's my weapon, but I think, like, yeah. Game mechanic wise. Like, why? [00:35:18] Speaker B: Yeah, I think it's silly. [00:35:19] Speaker D: Yeah. [00:35:20] Speaker B: That basically renders a third level spell useless at this level. [00:35:23] Speaker E: Yeah, because everyone's gonna have magic weapons. [00:35:25] Speaker F: You still have that, that non magical dagger on your belt there. Twin talon. You should use that instead. [00:35:30] Speaker B: That does less damage. [00:35:32] Speaker F: Yeah. [00:35:32] Speaker B: All right. Yeah. So now you have the ghost. Now you're one of your swords has the ghost touch property which basically lets you do full damage, ignoring any of its specialness. [00:35:45] Speaker D: It's still immune to precision damage, but. [00:35:48] Speaker B: Yeah, which is fine. And I'm also saying that knife sword is hidden under the table. [00:35:54] Speaker D: Benefits of being short. [00:35:55] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:35:56] Speaker C: Briena, twintalen. You did say they were undead, correct? [00:36:01] Speaker D: That is correct. [00:36:04] Speaker C: This is Brianna's very favorite kind of baddie to fight, if you will. Sean, one last question just for clarification. We have these dementor looking things, but how about the ones that look like regular people? Are they. [00:36:19] Speaker B: Oh, those are corpses. [00:36:20] Speaker C: Ah, beautiful. Wonderful. [00:36:23] Speaker B: They're lying on the ground. [00:36:24] Speaker C: On the cold, hard ground. [00:36:25] Speaker D: On the cold hard ground. Yeah. [00:36:26] Speaker B: Oh, yep. [00:36:29] Speaker C: Yep. That's what happened. [00:36:31] Speaker D: Haha. [00:36:32] Speaker C: You are in my range. So the minute she hears Twintan yell that they are undead, this like wolfish smile kind of creeps into her face as holy light kind of fills her gauntleted hands and she casts disrupt undead on the undead creature that Twintalm is currently engaging with. [00:36:56] Speaker D: The remnant of brassiere. [00:36:58] Speaker C: Indeed. You lance the target with energy. I deal one d. Six positive damage plus your spell casting ability modifier. Okay, I got this. I got this. So bloop. A cast. [00:37:11] Speaker B: Yep. So I need to make a save. I critically fail. I roll. [00:37:17] Speaker A: Hurrah. [00:37:19] Speaker B: For a total of 15. Which means I am also enfeebled one for one round. [00:37:27] Speaker C: Is that if he critically. [00:37:29] Speaker B: Yep. If a creature critically fails to save, it is also enfeebled one. [00:37:33] Speaker C: Got it. [00:37:33] Speaker B: So then now you just go ahead and click that happy little damage button. [00:37:37] Speaker C: Take 20 points of damage, does it? No, it doesn't. [00:37:40] Speaker D: It's positive energy damage. In case that matters, I'm sure. I guess it doesn't. Cause I asked. I asked. There are weaknesses and it didn't have any. [00:37:47] Speaker B: Is that positive? That's positive, right? Yeah. Yeah. Well, that cuts right through all of its resistances. Boom. [00:37:55] Speaker D: Yay. Cantrips. [00:37:57] Speaker B: Yeah. A level or a level? Nothing. Cantrip at level eleven actually is helpful in second edition. That's amazing. I just find that incredible. [00:38:10] Speaker C: Should we focus fire guys? Or should we spread out? Should I go deal with the other one? What do you guys think? [00:38:14] Speaker D: I think we should focus and take one down. And then take the other one down. [00:38:16] Speaker C: You got it. 510. 15. I will step over. I want to be flanking with my dear friend. Cause now I can move. 25. [00:38:28] Speaker D: I was just thinking, how convenient that became immediately. [00:38:31] Speaker C: Yes, exactly. And I think that's all I can do this round. [00:38:36] Speaker B: Yep. Yep. I will say this is like. I was like, oh, this creature's got great acoustical. But between the frightened enfeebled and now flanked, their ac has dropped so much. So much. Well, I guess the only thing I can do is this. [00:38:56] Speaker D: Oh, well, it's the other ronin's turn, right? [00:38:59] Speaker B: No. No, it's not. [00:39:00] Speaker D: Oh, no. Damn it. [00:39:02] Speaker E: Tell me the corpses aren't actually corpses. [00:39:05] Speaker B: No, twintalen. You see these hellhounds, they start to snap at you. What? [00:39:13] Speaker D: Hell hounds down, boy. [00:39:15] Speaker B: And they roll a 35. [00:39:18] Speaker D: That's a hit. [00:39:19] Speaker B: And you are going to take. All right, not bad. 24 points of damage minus whatever it. [00:39:25] Speaker C: Is for liberating stone. Cause I don't remember off the top. [00:39:28] Speaker B: Of my head right now, I want. [00:39:30] Speaker D: To say level plus two. [00:39:31] Speaker B: Yeah. So 13. So 1324 -13 is 1111. Ah, I was almost there. Okay. And that's fire. Oh, actually, that's even less. [00:39:45] Speaker D: That's fire damage. That's. Yeah, that's five less than that. [00:39:48] Speaker B: But it is going to take a second bite at you, hopefully at a. [00:39:51] Speaker D: Minus four or something. [00:39:55] Speaker B: What is that, a 26? [00:39:56] Speaker D: That is a miss. [00:39:57] Speaker B: Okay, well, that's the hellhound's turn. Now it's the other. Now the other remnants turn. It's gonna float. [00:40:05] Speaker D: We all float down here. [00:40:07] Speaker C: Oh, you'll float, too. [00:40:09] Speaker B: Ran into a cop car the other day and they're just gonna move right along the other side. You can't be flanked, can you? [00:40:21] Speaker D: Not unless they are higher level than me. Well, unless they are both higher level than me. [00:40:25] Speaker B: Yeah. They're nothing but a burning mace to the head. Still works, right? [00:40:30] Speaker D: I mean, he moved 30ft. He drew a sword. I mean, his mace. I don't know what he did. [00:40:33] Speaker B: Yeah, he floated over. What's it. Oh, that's a good call out. Good call out. He does not hit you because he has to move twice and draw a weapon. [00:40:45] Speaker D: Sometimes the rules work for us. [00:40:48] Speaker B: All right, Heidi, it's ooh's turn. [00:40:52] Speaker G: Oh, I was just waiting for my turn. All right. Ooh is gonna move. Can I move there? [00:41:00] Speaker B: Yeah, absolutely. [00:41:02] Speaker G: And then ooh is just as she's moving, she says, can I hit these things with my fists of fury? Is that a thing? Can I do that? [00:41:15] Speaker C: I do not know. I think so. [00:41:17] Speaker B: From what Matt has said or what Twintalon has said, you can, but it's not going to be as effective as normal. [00:41:24] Speaker G: Um, and I don't think I have any weapons drawn, do I? I'm not sure I said that last. Okay, good. I can listen, we'll just fuck a bitch up. We're just gonna do this today. All right, so moving. I will rage. [00:41:38] Speaker D: Okay, as part of your rage, would you like to use mighty rage and do an extra thing as well? [00:41:43] Speaker G: Ooh, I only have. Oh, I can share my rage, right? [00:41:49] Speaker D: Share rage or do come and get me. Either one. [00:41:52] Speaker G: Okay, does anyone want to share my rage? Please? [00:41:57] Speaker D: I would take it if nothing else for the extra hit points since I'm getting like triple teamed over here. [00:42:02] Speaker G: Am I within 30ft? All right. [00:42:05] Speaker B: Oh yeah, you are. You're. Yeah. [00:42:07] Speaker G: Oh yeah, he's within 30ft. Twin Talon, get some rage, baby. And just like wiggle my fingers at him. [00:42:17] Speaker B: Twin Talon is now raging. [00:42:19] Speaker D: All right. [00:42:20] Speaker A: And then. [00:42:21] Speaker G: Yeah, I think that's all my turn, right? [00:42:23] Speaker B: You moved, you raged. [00:42:25] Speaker E: Get a deck. A guy. [00:42:26] Speaker G: Oh, the mighty rage allows me to do one more action for free. [00:42:30] Speaker D: That's the share rage you can do for free. [00:42:32] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:42:33] Speaker G: So I have one more action. [00:42:34] Speaker D: Correct. [00:42:35] Speaker G: All right, this is how that works. Heidi, good job. Tap tap. Anyway, yes, I would like to attack please, with my fists of fury. [00:42:44] Speaker B: All right, punch away. Probably gonna hit it with a 30. Yeah, yeah, you hit it. [00:42:50] Speaker G: All right. For 1717. Points of damage. [00:42:55] Speaker B: 17 points of damage. Let me see what type of damage this is. Bludgeoning and fire. Okay. Okay, we are square. All right. All right, Saraya, it is your turn. [00:43:10] Speaker E: I am very excited by the things I've heard about these that are being shouted by everybody else. So I have Jasper right next to me who's actually, I forget if he's an elf or a bird right now. [00:43:22] Speaker B: But either way he was an elf. [00:43:24] Speaker E: Okay, cool, so he's an elf. He is still. I'm gonna still give him two actions. [00:43:28] Speaker B: Okay. [00:43:29] Speaker E: He is going to use his lab assistant ability to make me two greater ghost charges, which are bombs that do three d eight positive damage. So I'm gonna throw the first one. [00:43:42] Speaker B: All right, at this one. That is 34. [00:43:46] Speaker E: Will that hit? [00:43:47] Speaker B: Oh, it hits. In fact, it hits so good it's a critical. [00:43:50] Speaker E: Oh fuck yeah. [00:43:54] Speaker B: Because of all of the minuses everybody. [00:43:57] Speaker E: Else has given them. All right, so the critical damage is three d eight times two, plus enfeebled two to the start of my next turn, plus three fawzi, splash. So let me roll that. Oh, let me draw my card first, huh? [00:44:10] Speaker B: Yeah. Enfeebled two overrides the enfeeble one bomb. [00:44:13] Speaker E: Or spell the target is stupefied two until healed. What I read was mind cloud. Okay, so it's enfeebled to and stupefied two. Okay, so yeah, so 30 base damage. [00:44:25] Speaker B: Okay, and what type of damage is that? Positive. [00:44:27] Speaker E: Positive. Yup. And specifically the description of ghost charge. It is meant to hit undead things and incorporate real things. [00:44:36] Speaker B: Okay. [00:44:36] Speaker E: And then it also takes the three. [00:44:38] Speaker B: Posi splash on to them, I'm assuming. [00:44:43] Speaker E: And then I'm gonna do it again because Jasser gave me two. This is why I love having a lattice. Just that I'm rolling the dice. That one's only a 20. [00:44:49] Speaker B: That one will miss. Ooh. [00:44:52] Speaker E: All right, fine. I tried. [00:44:53] Speaker B: I mean, their stuff has been lowered, but not. Not that low. All right, I know. [00:44:58] Speaker E: But a 34 crit, so it's hopeful. [00:45:01] Speaker B: Next up is something y'all can't see. [00:45:05] Speaker D: Those are my least favorite things. [00:45:06] Speaker B: All right, everybody. Yeah. [00:45:10] Speaker C: No. Okay. [00:45:11] Speaker B: 30Ft. Let's see from here. Yeah. Everybody except Soraya. [00:45:18] Speaker E: Yeah. [00:45:20] Speaker B: Give me a fortitude save, please. [00:45:24] Speaker E: Sadly, pretty much everything Sean does is sus. Let's be real. [00:45:28] Speaker D: Wow. [00:45:29] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:45:29] Speaker B: Especially that marriage thing I did. [00:45:32] Speaker C: Oh, wow. [00:45:34] Speaker B: Everybody passes. Who takes notice? Damage. Brianna takes no damage. Twin talon takes half damage. Right. [00:45:44] Speaker D: Yeah, I succeeded. Did not critically succeed. [00:45:46] Speaker B: Right, right. You don't have the juggernaut thing, right? [00:45:49] Speaker D: No, I do not. [00:45:50] Speaker B: And knife sword critically succeeds. So just twin talon, you're taking half of this damage as these bells start to clang. A little bit louder, a little bit louder now. A little bit louder now. Well, the good news is the creature that's kind of like sandwiched in between everyone is just gonna go ham and swing at Briena first. [00:46:16] Speaker C: Okay. [00:46:17] Speaker D: I can't wait for it to kill itself. [00:46:19] Speaker B: I roll the three. That's a critical miss to draw that card. I don't wanna though. [00:46:26] Speaker C: Everybody draws now. [00:46:28] Speaker B: Skidae, beau, you pinprick. You take one. Persistent bleed. [00:46:36] Speaker C: Oh, that's annoying. I am so sorry. [00:46:39] Speaker B: As I start to bleed now. For as you see, ectoplasm start to ooze out. And then second attack is going to be at. Ooh. And that's a 24, which is a miss. And then the third attack is going to be at twin Talon. That is a natural 20. Oh, fuck. For a total of 29. [00:47:06] Speaker D: Yep. That's a critical hit. [00:47:08] Speaker B: Is that. That's a critical hit. This is a named creature. This is what type of damage? Bludgeoning. This isn't terrible. You're knocked prone. [00:47:21] Speaker D: Oh, okay. [00:47:22] Speaker B: You know, not terrible, but. But it is double damage. So that's 30 total. Points. That's 22 physical. [00:47:32] Speaker D: So six that temporary. And then. [00:47:35] Speaker B: Yeah. And then it's eight points of fire, but really, that's three points of fire. [00:47:41] Speaker D: Yeah. [00:47:42] Speaker B: All right. Those rings have come in so handy for you guys. [00:47:46] Speaker D: Fire fires, pretty common. Yeah. [00:47:48] Speaker B: All right. That is all of its actions. It is now. Oh, I take one persistent bleed, but I do manage to save with a 20 or, sorry, a 17. [00:48:01] Speaker D: That kill it. [00:48:01] Speaker B: So I. No, it did not kill it, but it does stop the bleed condition. It is now twin talons turn. [00:48:10] Speaker D: All right, so Twintalon is raging, and as he lies there raging, he just feels like this. Just this intense anger, and he kip up when he's kip up, which I just got to stand for free. [00:48:26] Speaker B: Okay. [00:48:28] Speaker D: And he just stands there, and he, like, just. He feels all this, like, strength in his muscles. And you see as he's standing there, like, just flexing, his tattoos start to glow as a red and green light kind of passes over the tattoos. And he's, like, lets out a primal scream, and he tries to stab his short sword into this. This creature who's in the middle of everybody. Okay, so that is a 33 versus its flat footed ac. [00:49:01] Speaker B: That is a hit. Regular hit. [00:49:03] Speaker D: Okay, so I'm gonna roll damage. Then we have to parse what is what here. So it's 18 physical, plus one from the rage is 19 physical. And I do have the ghost dutch weapon, thanks to knife sword. So that should all go through, I'd hope. [00:49:16] Speaker B: Yes. 19. Yes. And it is still there. [00:49:21] Speaker D: Okay. Sorry. I don't ever use any of my other debilitations, so I forget what they are, but I think I can make someone enfeebled one. I know that he's currently enfeebled one, but I think that's going to go away. So he's. He's basically just going to re up the enfeebled one with his debilitation. So until the end of twintalent's next turn, this creature is enfeebled one. [00:49:37] Speaker B: Okay. [00:49:37] Speaker D: All right, so that's his first action. And for his second action, he's going to stab him again. That's a 35 versus flat footed ac. [00:49:47] Speaker B: That is a critical hit. [00:49:48] Speaker D: This is number two piercing. The target is second three, isn't it? It was frightened before, not second. [00:49:56] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:49:57] Speaker E: So it's a brave. It's frightened, enfeebled, sickened, and stupefied. [00:50:00] Speaker D: Let's see if we can just make it dead. [00:50:03] Speaker E: It's the ideal status area. [00:50:05] Speaker D: Okay, so it's a nice even 20 times two is 40. [00:50:09] Speaker B: Damage that will kill it. [00:50:11] Speaker C: Okay, very nice. [00:50:13] Speaker D: And the. The hellhounds, like, they're. I can't tell what they are. Did they come with, like, the bells or are they here? I forget. [00:50:22] Speaker B: Like, they just appeared. [00:50:24] Speaker D: Okay. And no one can see them but me. [00:50:26] Speaker B: Correct. [00:50:27] Speaker D: I wish I knew what to do with that information. [00:50:29] Speaker B: Give me a. If you want to take an action, you can try and identify them. [00:50:36] Speaker D: What knowledge is that? [00:50:37] Speaker B: I'm gonna say religion. [00:50:40] Speaker D: 17. [00:50:41] Speaker B: That's enough. You know that these are a hazard. They are a haunt of, and they are. The description is hellhounds, invisible to all but their lone target, to burn their chosen victim to death. You can disable this with a DC 24 religion role if you are an expert and you can perform an exorcism with it. [00:51:07] Speaker D: All right, I'm not an expert. Could someone else do it if they can't see them? [00:51:11] Speaker B: Do I think if you tell them where they are, if you're like, there's a haunt right here. [00:51:16] Speaker D: I don't know that anyone's an expert in religion. [00:51:18] Speaker B: No one is. No. [00:51:21] Speaker C: No, unfortunately. Sorry. [00:51:23] Speaker B: So you're just gonna have to, like. [00:51:25] Speaker D: Do I think it's something I can actually fight? Like, is it a creature or is it, like. [00:51:28] Speaker B: It's a haunt? It's a hazard, technically, right, but could. [00:51:32] Speaker D: I stab it to death, or am I just gonna have to be content with dying because no one has a specific. [00:51:38] Speaker B: No, it has. It has hit points. [00:51:39] Speaker D: Okay. [00:51:40] Speaker B: You can. Yeah, you can stab it to death if you'd like. [00:51:42] Speaker D: Okay. [00:51:42] Speaker E: Could he, like, direct people to the square to attack? [00:51:45] Speaker B: There would be. They would be considered hidden, and you could. You would have to attempt a seek action. [00:51:52] Speaker E: Okay. [00:51:54] Speaker D: All right, so Twintalon's gonna point at the empty square. It's like hellhounds. And that's really. Yeah, it. I did all three actions, so. [00:52:04] Speaker B: All right, knife sword, what square did he point? [00:52:07] Speaker C: Yeah, I was literally about to ask the same thing. [00:52:10] Speaker D: It's the one in between. Everybody in between. [00:52:14] Speaker B: Ooh. And I'm sorry to sign. And knife, sword. [00:52:18] Speaker E: So did I hit with the splash damage from my. [00:52:22] Speaker B: Oh, you know what? It did, so. You know what? Don't even worry about it. They don't exist anymore. Now go ahead and take your third action. [00:52:29] Speaker D: Oh. [00:52:30] Speaker B: Because you don't have to. You don't have to identify something that doesn't exist. [00:52:34] Speaker D: Okay. [00:52:34] Speaker E: Like, one damage that would get rid of it. [00:52:36] Speaker B: It had a break. It has a break threshold of three. And you did exactly three. [00:52:43] Speaker C: Nice. [00:52:44] Speaker D: All right. [00:52:45] Speaker E: Greater bombs for the win. [00:52:47] Speaker D: All right, then twin Talon is going to take up a defensive stance against the creature. That's. That's what his third action is gonna be. [00:52:53] Speaker B: Defensive stance. [00:52:54] Speaker D: And you'll. Yeah, and you'll see his tattoos start to glow when he does it. [00:52:58] Speaker B: Ah, okay. Well, now it is knife swords turn. [00:53:01] Speaker F: Okay. [00:53:02] Speaker B: That we're gonna deal with next week. Oh, come on. [00:53:08] Speaker D: Hey, Sean, remember when I did that to you on live stream? That was fun. [00:53:12] Speaker C: That was. That was fun. [00:53:14] Speaker B: Thank you for listening to the Crack Die podcast. Background sound effects provided by sirenscape. Because Epic Games deserve Epic music.
