[00:00:39] Speaker A: Welcome to the hundred and 7th episode of the Crack Die podcast. [00:00:43] Speaker B: Let's go. [00:00:45] Speaker C: Whoa. [00:00:46] Speaker D: Lock threads coming together. [00:00:48] Speaker A: That's a lot of episodes. [00:00:50] Speaker D: That is a lot of episodes. [00:00:51] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:00:51] Speaker D: I'm so proud of us. [00:00:53] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:00:53] Speaker E: I'm still in shock. We're past 100, but that's just me, right? [00:00:57] Speaker F: This is my 13th episode. [00:00:59] Speaker B: Lucky number 13. [00:01:00] Speaker A: Hey, Rob, what episode is this for you. [00:01:04] Speaker C: Brush. [00:01:08] Speaker B: I was going to go with Bookcase, but I was way off. [00:01:11] Speaker C: Bookcase was last week. Come on. [00:01:13] Speaker B: Oh, sorry, man. [00:01:16] Speaker A: Well, we've officially made it to the month twelve of our calendar of the year 2021. [00:01:26] Speaker B: Happy December 2, everyone. Only, let's see. Only three more episodes to get your crack die podcast merch to give someone to them for a holiday present, possibly depending on when your holidays fall. [00:01:41] Speaker E: Man, just to think that we're almost done with 2021. [00:01:44] Speaker D: Beautiful. [00:01:45] Speaker A: Thank goodness. [00:01:46] Speaker B: And we'll never be done with this book. [00:01:50] Speaker E: Yeah. [00:01:50] Speaker D: Hey, we're out of the Mwengi. That's all that matters. [00:01:53] Speaker B: That's true. [00:01:54] Speaker E: That's true. That. That is true. Don't wear hex maps. Maybe. [00:01:58] Speaker B: Yeah. Kentargo can take as long as it wants so that it's not mowing expanse for now. I like hex Max as next is the next person that likes hex maps. But like, that. That book was just a slog through that jungle. Maybe. Maybe that was thematically supposed to feel that way, but. Woof. Anyway, we're in Contago, the silver city or whatever it's called, right? [00:02:22] Speaker A: You all are about to leave this bar when you notice knife sword is missing. [00:02:28] Speaker E: Oh, no. Can somebody check in my backpack? I can't reach round. Seen there. [00:02:33] Speaker B: Doesn't look like it. [00:02:35] Speaker D: What about yours? [00:02:37] Speaker F: Can you see in the back there? I can't see anything. [00:02:39] Speaker B: I see some. Some clap in there, but I don't see any knife sword. [00:02:44] Speaker F: Some crabs, maybe? [00:02:45] Speaker B: Yeah, definitely. Definitely some crabs. [00:02:48] Speaker F: Oh, it's okay. I was fishing. [00:02:50] Speaker B: Yeah, saving them for later. Snacky snacks. [00:02:52] Speaker F: Fishing for some clams, you know? [00:02:55] Speaker A: So we're going to have the camera spin away from you all as we see knife sword walking knife sword. You approach this 30 foot high building, and it stands at the harbor's edge. Large rectangular windows alternate with elegant palisters along the building's facade of silver streaked stone. An enormous 15 foot tall double door facing west is flung wide, revealing an intricately woven carpet that stretches into the subdued golden light of the interior. Upbeat veresian mandolin music beckons you from within. And so, knife sword, I'm going to bring you to a different place. It'll be so much fun. Doors are flung wide open. Now, Rob, would you like to describe what you look like? [00:04:04] Speaker C: I am green, short, covered in crap, alright? I am walking in like I own the place. Excuse me. [00:04:20] Speaker A: A multitude of luxury home goods fill the showroom. Rugs in vibrant geometrical patterns cover the floor. A mandolin stands atop a stone pillar emitting a lovely tune. On its own. You see a tall human woman draped in elaborate shawls and elegant jewelry as she rushes over to greet you. [00:04:43] Speaker C: I hope she's got a warranty on that rug. [00:04:46] Speaker A: Pardon me. Are you. Are you lost? Um, I am Lady Sidrani Vashnerstill, the owner of this establishment. And I assure you there is little to hear to interest anyone of your pedigree. Good day. And she turns her back to you. [00:05:04] Speaker C: Look, lady, first off, you need a simpler name that doesn't fit on a business card. Second, I need to speak to the management. [00:05:11] Speaker A: I am the management. And what are you wearing? [00:05:16] Speaker C: Hey, this is working clothes. You probably don't know about that, but the boys down at the silver council sent me down here. [00:05:23] Speaker A: Uh, what did they want? [00:05:25] Speaker C: I'm here to inspect your refuse. [00:05:28] Speaker A: I. I'm sorry, what? [00:05:30] Speaker C: I'm here to inspect how you dispose of refuse so that there's not any kind of dangerous, magical, biological, ecumenical waste going out the door. [00:05:44] Speaker A: And what would a creature such as yourself, in that ghastly appearance, know of such things as magical? Obviously, you are not smart enough to know of these things. [00:05:56] Speaker C: I'm gonna use. Um, it would be called prestidigitation, but I'm not sure what they would call it. Just to make, like, light, you know, off my hand. [00:06:06] Speaker A: Okay. Do you have, like, dancing lights or something like that? [00:06:09] Speaker C: Let's see. I have dimmed the light. I'll dim the light. [00:06:15] Speaker A: Okay, so you. Okay, so you dim the light. For how long do you want to dim the light? [00:06:25] Speaker C: Just, like five minutes. Just enough to show her that I'm doing something. I'll wiggle it back and forth, whatever. Like I'm playing with a dimmer switch. [00:06:33] Speaker A: Yeah. So you dim the light. [00:06:36] Speaker C: Look, lady, I know trash. I'm here to look at your trash. [00:06:40] Speaker A: Obviously you know trash. Look at you. You must be, uh. Well, I guess if the silver council sent you. Um, here, she hands you, uh, a trash can. Like, a small waste paper basket. [00:06:55] Speaker C: Okay. Where's the rest of it? [00:06:58] Speaker A: I don't know. I have people clean here. [00:07:02] Speaker C: An organization, an operation this big, you've got to have some kind of dump out back. [00:07:07] Speaker A: Give me a perception check. [00:07:10] Speaker D: This is hilarious. [00:07:12] Speaker C: 28. [00:07:13] Speaker A: 28. You know, you can. You recognize that she is nervous just with the way that her hands are moving and she seems very stiff while talking to you. [00:07:24] Speaker C: Hmm. [00:07:25] Speaker A: Well, you think about that. We go back to our other group. [00:07:29] Speaker D: All right. [00:07:30] Speaker A: I'm sort of him like. [00:07:33] Speaker D: All right. Has he. He was covered in Muckley. The Yasu's been leaving footprints or something. [00:07:39] Speaker F: He probably stinks. Let's see if we can smell him somewhere. Start sniffing around. [00:07:44] Speaker A: Uh, I believe you can track someone using survival. [00:07:48] Speaker D: Jasper's gonna try for me. Cause his survival is way better than mine. Oh, he got a 26. [00:07:54] Speaker A: So it's. It's a pretty easy way to track him. As you see goblin footprints on the road. And the reason, you know, they're knife swords is they are, uh, just like something has dropped off him and he steps in it as he walks, some sort of muck. And you see, like, papers and stuff from the trash. As you are tracking knife sword, you suddenly hear the echo of bells reverberating with a bone shattering, clamorous. Everyone except knife sword, please give me a basic fortitude. Save ya basic. Christine, what did you roll? [00:08:39] Speaker D: Oh, I got a nat one. I'm gonna hero point that. [00:08:43] Speaker A: Okay, so you had two. You're down to one. Yes. [00:08:48] Speaker D: Oh, I forgot. All right, so I got an eight on the diaper. 26. [00:08:51] Speaker A: 26. Okay, next is Haya. What did you get? [00:08:56] Speaker B: Wow. [00:08:56] Speaker E: Got a 39. [00:08:58] Speaker A: Great. [00:08:59] Speaker E: I am your. One of your two tanks. This is my bread and butter. [00:09:03] Speaker A: Heidi. [00:09:04] Speaker F: I have 26. [00:09:06] Speaker A: All right, a 26 will pass. Obviously. A 39 will pass. I hope so. 26 will pass. Matt, what did you get? [00:09:20] Speaker B: Twintalon. [00:09:20] Speaker A: Got a 30 that will also pass. So you're all going to take half damage. [00:09:24] Speaker B: Wait, I don't think so. [00:09:25] Speaker E: The fuck? [00:09:26] Speaker A: It's a basic save. [00:09:27] Speaker B: Except that Brienne takes no damage. [00:09:29] Speaker D: Got a crit save. [00:09:30] Speaker A: Yeah. Oh, that's. That's right. [00:09:32] Speaker F: I'll get a critical success as well because I have juggernaut. [00:09:35] Speaker B: Yeah, they both do. [00:09:37] Speaker A: Oh, well, fine. They both do. Oh, yeah. It's written right there. Juggernaut. All right, so only Soraya and Twintalen will take half damage. [00:09:46] Speaker E: Um, is there any way I can liberate for. From whatever this is? [00:09:50] Speaker A: Uh, this is sonic damage, so. I don't think so. Oh, my goodness. What a garbage roll. One, one, three. So you, to each take three points of damage. Oh, that's so bad. [00:10:09] Speaker D: That was loud. What was that? [00:10:13] Speaker A: So you hear these bells and they continue to ring. So what I'm gonna do is we're gonna do a little theater of the mind combat here. Go ahead and roll for initiative, please. Except knife sword. Knife sword. Just chill, roger. [00:10:31] Speaker C: I'll just be chillaxing. [00:10:34] Speaker E: Oh, boo. [00:10:35] Speaker B: No, no. Those people got kicked out of. [00:10:37] Speaker A: Hiya. What did you get? [00:10:39] Speaker E: 16. [00:10:40] Speaker A: Heidi. [00:10:41] Speaker F: Nat 24, a 34. [00:10:43] Speaker B: Nice K. And Matt Twintelle got a 29. [00:10:47] Speaker A: You hear bells ringing and you hear this. The echo of diabolic bells reverberating with it. Bone shaking clatter. [00:10:56] Speaker B: Yeah. Where's it coming from? [00:10:58] Speaker A: Everywhere. Heidi. Oh, it is your turn. What would you like to do? [00:11:05] Speaker F: Who's gonna climb up to climb up the side of a building? I think she's just gonna scale a wall and see if she could see where it's coming from. [00:11:11] Speaker A: Okay. As you start to, like, climb up the wall, give me an athletics role. So one action to move, one action to climb. Maybe two actions to get to the top. [00:11:25] Speaker F: Matt, 19 for 40. [00:11:28] Speaker A: Yeah, that's a critical success. And you climb to the top and you look out and you don't see any bell towers or anything. [00:11:36] Speaker F: I yell back, there's nothing up here, guys. [00:11:40] Speaker A: Saraya, what would you like to do? [00:11:41] Speaker D: Can I make an occultism or you can use religion. Religion. Not my best, but. Okay. Damn, that's another nat one. I'm gonna waste another hair point. [00:11:53] Speaker A: All right, this is all of these. [00:11:57] Speaker D: Like, past really good rolls, the past couple episodes coming back to haunt me. Alright, that's a 16 for 29 altogether. [00:12:03] Speaker A: Okay. You know that this is a hazard, a haunt called phantom Bells. [00:12:10] Speaker D: Okay. Do I get to ask you any questions about it? [00:12:14] Speaker A: Yes, you may ask me one question. [00:12:17] Speaker D: Um, what is its routine? [00:12:20] Speaker A: Good question. For one action. It will. The bells will toll. Dealing four D six sonic damage to each living creature within 30ft of it. The DC 24 basic fortitude, save how turn off. [00:12:34] Speaker D: Hopefully. That was like. Does it reset? Is it like a one off? Like, what is it? [00:12:39] Speaker A: Yeah. So you can use religion, if you're an expert in it, to break the curse by reciting prayer against the power of hell. It takes two actions to do that and you have to be an expert or you can be an expert in performance to perform an opposing composition. Otherwise, if you run from the area you're in, if you are 30 or more feet away from it, it will stop. [00:13:05] Speaker D: Brianna. Religious things are. You follow sarenrae, right? [00:13:11] Speaker E: Yes, but I'm nothing. I'm not an expert. Like, is it coming from a specific. [00:13:20] Speaker A: It's coming from this, like. Like thorough fare. So if you just keep moving through it, you'll be able to it. You'll move away far enough, but it won't. It's also, it's very disconcerting that just these, like, discordant diabolic bells and this. [00:13:42] Speaker D: This is as a result of the fight for their secession? [00:13:45] Speaker A: Yeah, you could say that. [00:13:46] Speaker E: How many years now since it's been 100 something? Mm hmm. [00:13:50] Speaker A: So you all move forward, and bells eventually stop. [00:13:55] Speaker E: Stupid silver bells. [00:13:56] Speaker F: I'm just following along on the roofs, I guess. [00:13:58] Speaker A: Yeah. Knife sword. [00:14:00] Speaker C: Yes. [00:14:01] Speaker A: Well, did you decide? [00:14:02] Speaker C: Oh, whoa. [00:14:05] Speaker A: I mean, so she's very scared, right? [00:14:08] Speaker C: Okay. All right, I'm gonna. Knife sword kind of picks up on that. He kind of changes tact a little bit. He's like, well, you know, we are running a special if, you know, you were to maybe donate to the refuse inspector retirement fund, local 378. You know, we know you're a quality person at that point. [00:14:33] Speaker A: Will I get you to leave my fine establishment from this muck you are dragging in here? [00:14:39] Speaker C: Eh, just let me, like, hang out for about, you know, 20 or so minutes so, you know, I can say I was here, and, uh, yeah, I'll wander out. [00:14:50] Speaker A: Fine. I'll be right back. And you see her disappear into the doorway up to the north. All right, so as you are waiting, the rest of the group, you approach this 30 foot high building standing at the harbor's edge. Large rectangular windows alternate with elegant palace stairs along the building's facade of silver streaked stone, and an enormous 15 foot tall double door facing west is flung wide, revealing an intricately woven carpet that stretches into the subdued golden light of the interior. Upbeat veresian mandolin music beckons you from within. [00:15:31] Speaker E: Brianna's ears will perk up at the sound of veresian mandolins as this is what she grew up on. At least the tune sounds familiar. All right, let's go in. [00:15:44] Speaker A: Briana notices that these are meticulously gorgeous veresian rugs, and one of them just has gob, like, muddy, disgusting goblin footprints on. Not that goblins are disgusting, but that he was in refuse. [00:16:02] Speaker E: I swear to everything, Sarandry, have patience to stay. [00:16:08] Speaker B: Yeah, I can't believe that nice would have gone ahead and went right to the place that we were trying to investigate. [00:16:12] Speaker E: Indeed. How curious. [00:16:14] Speaker B: Well, I guess we should go inside. [00:16:16] Speaker F: Is there a back entrance? Cause I'm just wondering if I could, like, sneak around somewhere. [00:16:22] Speaker A: You can just explore the outside of the building if you like. You can walk around, see what other entrances there are. [00:16:28] Speaker F: Yeah, sure. [00:16:28] Speaker A: Okey dokey. [00:16:30] Speaker C: By the way, hey, Sean, I'm going through that wastebasket bath that she gave. [00:16:34] Speaker A: Me, there's like, nothing of value in. Like, there's nothing really in there. [00:16:39] Speaker C: No. When they walk in, like, I've got my head in the trash can, like, trying to figure out what's in there. [00:16:43] Speaker A: Oh, okay. So as you guys walk in, you see knife, swords, head in the trash can. [00:16:48] Speaker D: What are you doing now? [00:16:50] Speaker A: Uh oh. [00:16:51] Speaker C: Uh, hey, team. [00:16:53] Speaker E: Indeed a team. Did you forget that you have been waiting? [00:16:57] Speaker C: I've got this one in hand. Uh, if you guys want to wait outside, we'll be going to the next inspection. Wink wink wink wink. [00:17:05] Speaker B: Is he the only one we see here? [00:17:06] Speaker A: Yes. [00:17:07] Speaker B: Twintelle will look around, like, and he'll mouth the knife, sort of like. Are people listening to us? [00:17:13] Speaker C: Probably not. Wink wink wink wink wink wink wink wink. [00:17:15] Speaker B: When you wink both your eyes in rapid succession, it just looks like you're blinking. Just for future reference, are you trying. [00:17:21] Speaker E: To bed twin Talon now? I don't understand this interaction. [00:17:25] Speaker A: The door opens. [00:17:27] Speaker C: Just wait outside. I got just. [00:17:29] Speaker A: The door to the north opens and closes again as Siddharni comes out and looks and goes again. Sorry, this is. Are you all lost? This is a very fine, upstanding establishment meant for the most upper of classes. And you all seem to be lost. [00:17:52] Speaker C: I apologize for my team. They're all interns following me around for the day. It's a training session. Um, if you guys could just wait out. I'll be out in a minute. We can continue your training. [00:18:04] Speaker B: Twintelle will flourish his cloak as he spins to leave. [00:18:08] Speaker A: I'm just gonna share with you a picture of Siddharni. [00:18:11] Speaker E: Sidrawni just kinda asked if she looks for asian, but. Okay, I'll leave. [00:18:15] Speaker B: You don't have to leave. Tin Talon's gonna go. Especially if I can spin his cloak out so she can see it. Does it look like the cloak she's wearing in the picture? [00:18:23] Speaker A: Yes, it does look like that cloak. Okay, she's not wearing that cloak currently. Hmm. [00:18:27] Speaker E: So does she look parisian then? [00:18:30] Speaker A: Yes. Yes, she does. [00:18:32] Speaker E: Yes. I just wish to confirm, because we are an audio medium. [00:18:37] Speaker A: Yes, she is of veresian descent. She is dressed and draped in shawls and elegant jewelry. Do a recall knowledge. Uh, Arcana. Or any of the mystic arts. [00:18:51] Speaker D: 32. [00:18:52] Speaker A: 32. Arcana. So you recognize this as a maestro's instrument? Moderate maestro's instrument. Its ability to play on its own due to a magical link with the heavy stone pillar. It does not play on its own when removed from the pillar. And the pillar doesn't cause any other instrument other than the mandolin. To play. She notices you looking at the mandolin. Would you like to buy that? Otherwise, the door is right behind you. You entered through it. You may go back through it. To leave my shop. [00:19:25] Speaker D: Oh. She gives her the scathing look, up and down, just like I was considering it. But perhaps not from a shopkeeper. [00:19:32] Speaker A: As insulin, I highly doubt you could afford it. It is 450 gold after all. [00:19:41] Speaker D: If that's all that's going for, I could buy your whole shop, dear. [00:19:45] Speaker A: She chuckles I doubt that. [00:19:48] Speaker D: I mean, looking at our group loot, we do have 5000 gold. [00:19:51] Speaker A: So she doesn't know that she can. [00:19:53] Speaker D: I know she can pretend all she wants, but she'll just kind of also look her up and down and be like, well, clearly you're not selling anything or your clothes would be in date. [00:20:00] Speaker A: Well, are you going to buy anything or are you just cluttering up my shop? [00:20:05] Speaker D: It seems we have business here for the time being, yes. [00:20:08] Speaker A: And what would that business be? [00:20:10] Speaker D: Well, as he said, since Snipesword seems to have some kind of idea of what's actually going on. [00:20:15] Speaker A: So you're all trash inspectors? [00:20:19] Speaker D: Inspectors of different bureaus refuse, yes, is his specialty. [00:20:23] Speaker A: And would you have any documentation from the silver council that says that you can barge into my shop and do all of this? [00:20:31] Speaker D: Do you understand how shops, customers and other things work? [00:20:36] Speaker A: Yes, I'm quite successful. Look to my shop, look at my wares. Look how wonderful everything is here. And you're. [00:20:42] Speaker D: Again, if you were selling anything, I think your clothes would be more in fashion. So I assume you haven't done well for yourself lately. [00:20:48] Speaker A: Okay, I would like you to make a intimidation check. I could try, or I guess you could use diplomacy. But like. [00:20:58] Speaker D: Yeah, because she's not being intimidating, she's just more like putting her in her place in a social manner. [00:21:04] Speaker A: I guess it would be a make an impression check. [00:21:06] Speaker D: That's diplomacy. [00:21:08] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:21:09] Speaker D: 25. [00:21:10] Speaker A: That is a failure. So her dc is higher than 25. Oh, actually, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Sorry, what? Okay, you succeed because Matt gave you a plus two. [00:21:24] Speaker B: You're welcome. [00:21:24] Speaker A: Unknowingly, Matt gave you a plus two. [00:21:26] Speaker D: How. [00:21:29] Speaker A: She looks at you, looks at the man who flourished his way out and goes, is that my cape? Is it? [00:21:36] Speaker D: It was found on a slaver ship. [00:21:38] Speaker A: And when you say that, the color drains from her face. [00:21:43] Speaker D: How strange. [00:21:46] Speaker A: Um, her voice starts to tremble and crack a little bit. Um, well, it's not. It was taken from me. [00:21:54] Speaker F: Really? [00:21:55] Speaker D: Taken from you? [00:21:56] Speaker A: Yeah. Yes. When my family, we were desperate to stay in business, we had some unpaid bills and outstanding shipments. More goods than would fit in the warehouse and no one would buy them. The group that took that seemed like the only way forward. They're called the Scarlet Triad. I had just really had no idea what they were really like. I'm not part of any of their frightful activities. I just. I just want them gone. But instead they've taken over. I can't even get into my own warehouse at this point. There's something horrific going on back there. And I would give anything, I would give up this business, which has been in my whole life, to reverse this whole sordid mess. Who? [00:22:44] Speaker F: Me? [00:22:46] Speaker A: You're casing the outside of the building? [00:22:49] Speaker F: I am. [00:22:50] Speaker A: Okay. So as you walk around the building, you notice that there are enormous windows that are 10ft off the ground. And as you continue to move around the building, you notice that there is another large double door. You would expect those to be ways to bring things in and out of the storage. You also notice that there are no boats parked at the private dock and. [00:23:21] Speaker F: There are bays at that private dock to get into the building. [00:23:24] Speaker A: There are doors. Yes. [00:23:25] Speaker B: She has their doors. She has their bays. B, a e. [00:23:31] Speaker A: I hate that. [00:23:33] Speaker F: He's right. I was looking, I was looking for more clams. Um, okay, so this is a tall structure, right? [00:23:41] Speaker A: Yes. [00:23:41] Speaker F: Does it look like there might be like a second story or a third story or is it just like a very tall domed structure? [00:23:47] Speaker A: No, it's a very tall warehouse. [00:23:48] Speaker F: Okay. There are no windows that are open on any opera levels. Are there like any like higher up? [00:23:54] Speaker A: No, these windows don't look like they would open. They are stained glass. [00:23:59] Speaker F: Ah, okay. Can I get into these back doors at all? [00:24:05] Speaker A: You can try them. [00:24:06] Speaker F: I would like to. [00:24:07] Speaker A: So you go to open the door and it is locked. [00:24:11] Speaker F: I can. I think I can pick it. Right. [00:24:17] Speaker B: Do you have thieves tools? [00:24:18] Speaker F: Let me check. Right. I do not see thieves tools. Dang. Can I, like, is there a quiet way I can break down that door? [00:24:31] Speaker A: There is not a quiet way to break down the door. All right. [00:24:34] Speaker F: Do I attempt to go around and see if the, the bay door are open able or do I come back to you guys? I think. I think I will come back around. [00:24:49] Speaker B: When you come back. Twin town standing out front. [00:24:51] Speaker A: Yeah. Your local thief. I'm sorry, rogue thief is my subclass. That is true. [00:25:00] Speaker F: Oh, twin Talon, I have an intriguing proposition for you. [00:25:05] Speaker B: Uh, yeah. [00:25:07] Speaker F: There are some double doors on the back of this building right here. And they are locked. Would you like to come with me and see what's up? [00:25:17] Speaker B: Oh, I think you're probably mistaken that. Let me go back and see it. They're most likely not locked. [00:25:22] Speaker F: Okay, let's go together. [00:25:26] Speaker B: Okay. And twin Dallan, we'll follow her on the back. [00:25:29] Speaker A: As you guys head towards the back of the building, we're gonna go back inside where Brianna Saraya and knife sword are. [00:25:40] Speaker C: Knife sword's gonna turn to her and go. So you do have some trash to take out of. [00:25:47] Speaker A: She looks at you inquisitively and is like, oh, uh, in that manner? Yes, absolutely. [00:25:54] Speaker C: Well, just send that donation off to the, uh, council and, uh, we'll work on this. Um, remember, it's earmarked for the refuse inspectors. All right. [00:26:05] Speaker A: Do you all have any questions before dismissing her? [00:26:09] Speaker D: And how did you get in contact with the scarlet triad? [00:26:13] Speaker A: Um, well, I was approached and. And told that they just. They just needed a place to store things, so I offered my. My storage or my warehouse. I've been recently specifically instructed to remain in the showroom and make it look as if sunset imports is opened here and turn away all potential clients. I apologize for being so rude earlier, but I'm quite scared of them. I don't know much about them other than that they paid on time and they come and go through the showroom and they throw very menacing looks at me. At one point in time, one person asked me where to buy poison and I overheard another one laugh about his work with the, quote, the demonstration. Um, there used to be more scarlet triad members here, but there are fewer now. I don't know where they went. [00:27:16] Speaker C: Alright, before we get into this, can we actually buy the mandolin? [00:27:21] Speaker E: Why would they want to buy the bandoline? [00:27:22] Speaker A: Oh, absolutely. It's. It's 450 gold. [00:27:25] Speaker D: Yeah, like, it only works with the pillar. And I'm sure the pillar has probably got to be a stupid amount of bulk. Oh, am I right? [00:27:32] Speaker A: It's 800 pounds. [00:27:34] Speaker D: Yeah, that's what, like 80 bulk or something? [00:27:38] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah. [00:27:39] Speaker D: It is less portable than I was hoping. [00:27:42] Speaker A: Well, you can buy the mandolin for 450 gold. It only self plays with the pillar. It's still a moderate maestro's instrument. [00:27:53] Speaker D: What is it? What are the specifications on that? [00:27:56] Speaker A: It gives a plus two bonus and the fourth level charm spell. A maestro's instrument grants you a two item bonus to performance checks while playing music with the instrument. [00:28:08] Speaker E: Something silver would have appreciated, I am sure. [00:28:10] Speaker A: Yes. [00:28:11] Speaker E: Do we have any further questions for this woman? [00:28:13] Speaker D: Not that I can think of. Weirdly, Jasper has a tender performance, so, I mean, we could hand it to him, but, like, this is expressly for the purpose of trying to defeat the bells. [00:28:23] Speaker B: But is he an expert in performance? [00:28:25] Speaker D: I don't think so. [00:28:27] Speaker B: I mean that is the rub. That's the only reason Brianna couldn't do it. Not that she doesn't have a good mod. It's that she is not specifically an expert. [00:28:34] Speaker D: Well, the performance is just. [00:28:36] Speaker A: No, you have to be an expert in performance as well. [00:28:37] Speaker D: Oh, you do. Okay. [00:28:38] Speaker A: And performance. Yeah. Sorry. All right, while you guys think about this, we're gonna jump to the back door here. [00:28:45] Speaker B: All right? [00:28:46] Speaker A: Twintalon and ooh approach the door. [00:28:49] Speaker B: So as they approach, twin talent will say, you'll find that most doors aren't locked. They just tend to open very slowly. And twin Talon will pull out his thieves tools and he will get to work on the lock. [00:29:02] Speaker A: All right, give me a thievery roll please. [00:29:04] Speaker B: I rolled a five for a 26, right? [00:29:08] Speaker A: You don't seem to make any progress, but you don't like, you know, I. [00:29:12] Speaker F: Lost my thieves tools. Could I borrow yours? Um, no, I'd be pretty good. I am a pirate after all. I bet I could open this lock. [00:29:24] Speaker B: No. [00:29:26] Speaker F: All right, well, guess we'll just sit here and wait then. [00:29:30] Speaker B: That took less than what, 2 seconds for him to do that. Every one of us tries roughly 2 seconds. [00:29:38] Speaker A: She's trying to one up. You already try again? [00:29:42] Speaker B: Yeah, I'd like to take a whole round of three attempts. [00:29:46] Speaker A: Okay. [00:29:49] Speaker B: Fuck. Just like that fucking window in episode one. Or whatever the hell it was. There we go. 32. I finally rolled above a 1032. [00:30:00] Speaker A: The door unlocks. [00:30:02] Speaker B: Okay, so after six whole seconds of effort, you will push it in. [00:30:07] Speaker A: All right, give me a second while I flip to the people in the front. Um, if you're going to take care of the trash. Um, I would like to leave if that's okay. [00:30:21] Speaker D: Why haven't you gone to the authorities when you're quite literally being blackmailed out of your own storehouse? [00:30:27] Speaker A: I'm not very well liked around here, um, especially since the new leadership came in charge. And it would seem as if a. It would be a slight to my family if I told them about was going on. You see, we have a perception that we need to maintain around here as my reputation is quite important to me and my family. [00:30:54] Speaker D: It's questionable at best already. [00:30:56] Speaker A: I'm sorry. [00:30:57] Speaker D: Yes. The way your family has been running things and your attempts to stay relevant have not landed the way you hoped. Exposing a slaver ring that might be kidnapping people from here might get you in better standing. [00:31:10] Speaker A: Um, you think I knew it. She kind of like I knew they were involved in slavery. The flesh trade has been illegal here in ravnoul since its founding a few years ago. I I can't. I can't believe it. [00:31:23] Speaker D: Yes, that's why we told you we found your cape on a slaver ship. [00:31:27] Speaker A: I I under. I know, but I I didn't want it to be true. Laslyn seemed very, uh, nice the one time I met her. [00:31:36] Speaker E: Can I roll since bullshit. [00:31:38] Speaker D: Please. [00:31:39] Speaker A: Absolutely. [00:31:42] Speaker E: Yeah. At this point, like, Brianna has no patience. No patience. [00:31:47] Speaker D: That's fair. [00:31:48] Speaker E: I rolled a 21. I'm not rolling well today. [00:31:52] Speaker A: Um, that's enough. She's not hiding anything from you anymore. Everything she is saying is true. And she does kind of just want to get out of here and no longer deal with them. But she is too weak to deal with the goons and thugs that are the scarlet triad. [00:32:11] Speaker E: Well, best Briana will say this in Veresian, since she hardly gets a chance to practice her native tongue outside of her own family home. And she'll say, you know, best get to safety, then. And we shall send for you once things are settled. [00:32:30] Speaker A: Thank you so much. Please be safe. She gives you keys to unlock any of the doors that are. That you see. So all doors are now unlocked and you can get through them. Twin Talon. And. Ooh, the door opens quietly. [00:32:50] Speaker F: I love a good open door. [00:32:51] Speaker B: I know you do. After you. [00:32:57] Speaker F: So, oo will sneak in. [00:32:59] Speaker A: Okay. And since you're sneaking, what is your stealth modifier? Plus 1014? [00:33:10] Speaker B: Do you have a four stealth mod? [00:33:11] Speaker F: Yes. [00:33:13] Speaker B: Okay. -31 and just to remind you, when Twintalon stealths, he stealths from all senses. [00:33:21] Speaker A: Yep. [00:33:21] Speaker B: Smell and hearing and everything. [00:33:22] Speaker A: And you move at full speed? [00:33:24] Speaker B: I do, yes. [00:33:25] Speaker A: Okay, so go ahead and move yourselves in. I believe I have all of the lines of sight, as they should be. Twintallon and oo see that? There are some crates to your southeast and some barrels directly in front of you. [00:33:42] Speaker B: Oh, it's a crate and barrel. [00:33:43] Speaker A: Yep. You do see some light glowing faintly through the cracks of those barrels. Sorry. Of those crates. As if there are torches on the other side. Otherwise, it is low lightning here. [00:33:58] Speaker B: So there's an internal door here. Twintown is going to move up to. Oh, shit. [00:34:03] Speaker A: All right, we're going to stop right there, back to the front of the shop. Saraya, Brianna, knife, sword. [00:34:11] Speaker D: Shall I go around to the storeroom? [00:34:13] Speaker E: Might as well, since we have the keys now. [00:34:16] Speaker D: I think that's where the others were probably heading. [00:34:18] Speaker B: By the way, while Brianna was talking, Taysani was like standing behind her, kind of waving her head on her neck, back and forth, like over her shoulders. [00:34:28] Speaker E: Sassily. [00:34:29] Speaker B: Yeah, she was basically sassing the lady. I love it, uh, to. To back you up. [00:34:33] Speaker A: Okay. I appreciate it. [00:34:34] Speaker E: Thanks, Beth. [00:34:34] Speaker A: I appreciate it. [00:34:37] Speaker B: Scream. Whatever song all these pterodactyls make. I just feel like she doesn't have, like, a speaking voice. She just like, screams at the top of her lungs every time. [00:34:46] Speaker E: Yeah, yeah. Pterodactyl screech yeah. [00:34:49] Speaker A: So knife, sword, Brianna and Saraya, as the owner of sunset imports, leaves where you say you're going to head to the warehouse. [00:35:00] Speaker D: Yeah, I assume just on, you can sniff out where twin Talon is and lead us. [00:35:04] Speaker A: Hiding from all senses. [00:35:06] Speaker B: Yeah. Now, she doesn't know where I am, in sense, instinctively. She's just hanging out. She's not a companion. She's just my friend. And she's hanging out most of the time. [00:35:13] Speaker E: She likes. [00:35:14] Speaker B: I tell her to hang out with Brianna. [00:35:15] Speaker E: I mean, what? [00:35:15] Speaker B: And she. Yeah, and she likes you more, let's be honest. [00:35:20] Speaker D: Okay, well, so, yeah, let's go. Let's go find where these keys go to. [00:35:23] Speaker A: All right. So are you going to the single door or the double door? Knife, sword. Looks like he's headed to the double doors. [00:35:29] Speaker D: Sure. Let's follow knife sword. [00:35:31] Speaker B: Nothing bad ever happens when you follow knife sword. [00:35:34] Speaker E: These poor carpets. [00:35:35] Speaker B: No, our tank. Knife, sword. [00:35:38] Speaker A: All right, you are free to click the door and open it. [00:35:42] Speaker B: You are now free to move about the country. [00:35:44] Speaker A: No, we're not. So let me give a kind of general description of this warehouse and we can talk about what is happening. Crates and boxes fill this warehouse in several tall columns stretching nearly to the 25 foot ceiling. Some of the columns of containers have toppled over, scattering bolts of colorful cloth and broken furniture all over the floor. Other crates have been smashed open and their contents strewn haphazardly about. [00:36:17] Speaker E: Cool. [00:36:18] Speaker D: Well, doesn't seem like anything good is happening back here. [00:36:21] Speaker E: We can perceive if there is anybody in here. [00:36:24] Speaker A: Yes, you may all. Sorry. Knife, sword. Saraya and Brianna may roll perception to see what's going on. All right, Saraya, what did you get? [00:36:40] Speaker D: 1818, three on the die. [00:36:45] Speaker E: 24. [00:36:46] Speaker A: And. Nice. [00:36:47] Speaker D: Sword. [00:36:48] Speaker C: 31. [00:36:49] Speaker A: So you don't perceive that there's anything really going on in here from where you are, however, knife, sword and brienne, you notice that some of these stacked crates that are obscenely high do not look like they've been stacked with, uh, delicacy. Delicacy. Delicately. [00:37:15] Speaker E: Okay. [00:37:16] Speaker A: Um. And that you might be able to, I don't know, knock them over. If you. If push. Well, if push came to shove, um, you could knock them over. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to put little x's on anything that looks wobbly. And I will tell you that if you ever needed to topple some crates, you could push one of these stacks over for two actions. If you do, you attempt an athletics check. If you succeed, the falling crates will deal damage, bludgeoning damage with a reflex save to the opponent pushing over a dragon pillar. Yep. [00:37:58] Speaker E: Oh, that feels familiar. [00:38:00] Speaker A: Now, I also have an initiative tracker set up, and I only have that set up because the group has done the greatest thing in all of D. And D. And Pathfinder, you did the one rule you're not supposed to. You split the party. So I need to be able to alternate between who's doing what. So we'll take loose rounds of combat. So if you all could roll initiative. Ooh. And twin Talon, you may use stealth if you would like. Brianna, knife sword. And Soraya, you are using perception. [00:38:40] Speaker B: Knife sword continues to roll rocks on initiative. [00:38:43] Speaker A: All right, well, in that case, we are going to start with knife sword. [00:38:50] Speaker C: 33. [00:38:52] Speaker A: Okay. 33. Matt, what did you get? [00:38:57] Speaker B: With my bonus, that's eight higher than his. I got a 31. [00:39:00] Speaker A: Heidi, what did you get? [00:39:02] Speaker F: I got 30. [00:39:03] Speaker A: Aya, what did you get? [00:39:05] Speaker E: 14. [00:39:06] Speaker A: Christine? [00:39:07] Speaker D: 21. [00:39:07] Speaker A: Okay, knife sword, what do you do? [00:39:11] Speaker C: I'm gonna step in behind these crates right here. [00:39:13] Speaker A: Okay. You see, when you move in that of all of the interesting scattered about items, there is a stone sculpture carved to resemble a blocky humanoid with an enormous headdress and a round face like a calendar stone. [00:39:30] Speaker D: We gotta go up against the golem. [00:39:32] Speaker C: That'S going in my room. [00:39:34] Speaker E: What? [00:39:35] Speaker A: All right, is there anything else you'd like to do? [00:39:38] Speaker C: I want to just sort of like, look around and like, I guess maybe take another perception roll. [00:39:42] Speaker A: Yeah, go ahead. [00:39:44] Speaker C: 19. [00:39:45] Speaker A: All right, well, that's what you see. Okay, you notice that there are some blue stones in the stone statue. All right, twin talented. As you round the corner, you see three. Do you see? [00:40:05] Speaker B: I do. Yeah. [00:40:06] Speaker A: Yeah. You see three people. I just wanted to make sure you had sight on all of them. You see large slats of wood. Iron chests and stout barrels stacked here shelter the southwest corner of the warehouse from view. Several manacles hang from the wooden slatsheen several feet above the floor. You see a blue skinned demon, much like the one you saw on the boat, speaking with a burly man poking a smaller, skinny man with a fire poker. The fire poker is red. And you smell skin and flesh burning and you hear muffled screams. [00:40:56] Speaker F: Twintalon, what do you see? [00:40:59] Speaker B: All right, so u asked Twintallon what he sees. He's gonna hold up three fingers, and then he's gonna put his hands to his head, making little horns, and then he's gonna point in the direction of the three people he sees. [00:41:10] Speaker F: Oo will nod her head, put her fingers to her eyes and point them towards him. I just say I'm gonna watch you. [00:41:17] Speaker B: All right. And he'll motion for her to come, and then he's gonna head that way. [00:41:22] Speaker D: Buy a lady dinner first. [00:41:24] Speaker E: I was just gonna say the same thing. [00:41:27] Speaker A: Okay, go ahead and move. [00:41:30] Speaker B: Okay. [00:41:31] Speaker A: They don't seem to notice you as they are focused on the person. They're sticking with a poker. [00:41:37] Speaker B: Great. What I heard was these people are flat footed. [00:41:40] Speaker C: Yes. [00:41:41] Speaker A: Yes, they are. [00:41:43] Speaker B: So Twintalon is going to move up. [00:41:46] Speaker A: Okay. [00:41:47] Speaker B: And I don't have anything witty to say. I was trying to think of something at the moment. It didn't come out. So Twintalon is going to move up behind the blue purple skinned demon, and he'll say, how would you like if someone did that to you? And he's just going to jam his short sword into the back of the demon. [00:42:05] Speaker A: Okay, go ahead and make an attack roll. [00:42:09] Speaker B: Does a 23 hit his flat footed ac? [00:42:12] Speaker A: It does not. [00:42:13] Speaker B: Then I'm going to use my hero point to reroll that. All right, that was a three, by the way, that I rolled for that. Come on. 29 will hit. All right, so that is 24 piercing damage. Magical piercing damage, if it matters. And twin Talon is going to hit him with the debilitation, where he takes two d six extra damage from every other attack that I do. [00:42:34] Speaker A: All right. [00:42:35] Speaker B: And then he's going to attack again. 28 to hit his flat foot ac. [00:42:39] Speaker A: That will hit. [00:42:41] Speaker B: Okay. And with the extra two d six, that's a total of 30 damage. And twin Talon is going to call out demon torturer. [00:42:54] Speaker A: Fair enough. All right. Ooh, it is your turn. [00:43:00] Speaker F: Us seeing a copycat of her first love on that ship. And she's gonna, she did try to shake her booty at him. I don't know if you heard that the first time, but she did. So she's seeing this copycat. She's like, you must be brothers. So she rages and then she. There's a thing I have called sudden charge where I can move twice and hit once in two actions. So I'm gonna do, oh, I don't think I need to do that. [00:43:34] Speaker A: I think I can just an attack. Yeah. [00:43:37] Speaker F: Okay, so I take that back. I'm just gonna move and hit with my fists of doom. 31 well hit. Yay. [00:43:50] Speaker A: Even though he's not flat footed to you, dimash. 17 point of flaming damage. [00:43:58] Speaker F: Yeah. [00:44:00] Speaker A: Right. That's your turn. It is now his turn. So he spins around facing you. Utter shock in his face. [00:44:15] Speaker B: As well he should. He's gonna have 70 damage before he knew the combat was happening. [00:44:20] Speaker A: Yeah. And he is now going to cast something for two actions. Well, that's not good actually. [00:44:28] Speaker B: Before he does that, can I take a reaction? [00:44:30] Speaker A: Oh, yes you can. [00:44:31] Speaker B: I'm going to reactive murder on Ooh's attack. [00:44:34] Speaker A: Okay. [00:44:35] Speaker B: Let's see if we can stop him from actually even going. That is a 37 versus his flat footed ac. [00:44:42] Speaker A: 37. That's gonna be close. [00:44:45] Speaker B: Well, 26 hit him. I think it hit. [00:44:50] Speaker A: No, 26. [00:44:51] Speaker B: Or did 26 miss? Okay, yeah. So 37. [00:44:54] Speaker A: That is a hit, not a crit. [00:44:56] Speaker B: So is AC's 28 flat footed? [00:44:59] Speaker A: Yep. [00:45:01] Speaker B: I don't like this guy at all. Let's do regular damage. 31 more damage from the reactive murder shark. [00:45:09] Speaker A: All right. Right. Okay, he's still standing. I would say he's bloodied, however not. [00:45:19] Speaker D: Stronger than he's ever been. [00:45:21] Speaker A: No. So now he's going to cast. Does anyone have a reaction for a manipulate action? No. So he casts something and then he's going to lower his horns at twin Talon and try and stab you. [00:45:49] Speaker B: Okay, do we resolve what he cast. [00:45:51] Speaker A: Or did that, that went off? Yep. [00:45:53] Speaker B: Okay. [00:45:54] Speaker A: Does a 26 hit you? [00:45:57] Speaker B: It does not. [00:45:58] Speaker A: All right. And then for his last, last action, he is going to try and strike you with a claw. [00:46:06] Speaker B: Wait, he cast something for two actions. He gored me for one action. And he has another action now. [00:46:11] Speaker A: He does he cast haste or something? [00:46:13] Speaker B: I guess. Yes, he did. [00:46:16] Speaker A: Does a 33 hit you? [00:46:19] Speaker B: Is that with his minus five or minus four or whatever? Damn it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:46:26] Speaker A: Claws rake across your chest dealing 23 points of damage. [00:46:34] Speaker B: All right. [00:46:35] Speaker A: The gentleman across from him with the hot poker is going to see random people who just showed up out of nowhere. He is going to take a draw, a great club and move. [00:47:01] Speaker B: Which means he drops his poker. [00:47:07] Speaker A: Yes. [00:47:08] Speaker B: Okay. [00:47:08] Speaker A: Moves behind you all. [00:47:11] Speaker B: So he's a 25 speed. [00:47:14] Speaker A: He has a 25 speed. And we'll swing at ooh. [00:47:24] Speaker B: It's a good thing that she can't be flanked. [00:47:31] Speaker A: 41. [00:47:33] Speaker F: Yeah, it'll hit. [00:47:36] Speaker A: Is that a critical, is that more than ten? Oh yes. [00:47:44] Speaker F: Yes. That'll hit. That's a crit. [00:47:49] Speaker A: Alright. Critical damage. So here's the even worse thing about this. He's named bludgeoning my teeth. The target must succeed at a DC five flat. Check to cast spells with. It's a verbal component until healed. All right, no big deal. But double damage, that is a big deal. That is 48 points of damage onto. Ooh. [00:48:24] Speaker B: Did that go through her temporary hit points yet? [00:48:26] Speaker F: Yeah. [00:48:28] Speaker A: Yes, that's into her temporary. [00:48:31] Speaker B: Okay. [00:48:32] Speaker A: All right, Saraya, it is your turn. [00:48:37] Speaker D: All right, well, so seriously is gonna enter the room. Okay, so this is that statue? [00:48:45] Speaker A: Yes. [00:48:47] Speaker D: I'm gonna regret going this way, but she's gonna, like, try to cross the room. [00:48:53] Speaker A: Okay. [00:48:55] Speaker D: Do I only get so far? [00:48:57] Speaker A: Yes, you only get so far. I'll move you. I see where you want. [00:49:01] Speaker D: Yeah, like, tell me where I get stopped. [00:49:04] Speaker A: You get stopped right in front of the golem. Lovely. I'm sorry? The statue, it turns and blocks you. [00:49:20] Speaker D: Must we? [00:49:22] Speaker A: Okay. And it. It turns to block you. And you may do it. Literally stands in front of you and blocks the passageway. [00:49:35] Speaker D: It won't let me go any further. Should I attack it? [00:49:38] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:49:40] Speaker E: Does it have an off switch? [00:49:42] Speaker D: Can I. Can I recall knowledge? Stephen has an off switch. [00:49:49] Speaker A: Yes. You may make a knowledge check on this. [00:49:56] Speaker E: I remember you saying there were two gems. [00:49:59] Speaker A: It is either arcana or crafting. [00:50:04] Speaker D: Both of those. Yeah. Skills. They're both twenties. Let's go with crafting. [00:50:12] Speaker B: It'd be funny if he was, like, non hostile. [00:50:14] Speaker D: 37. [00:50:16] Speaker A: Okay, so what I will tell you is this is called a lazarite infused stone golem. It is a construct. Mindless golem. It is large. So you can ask me two questions. The first question you asked was, does it have an off switch? You would know that this specific type of golem does not have an off switch. You would have to speak a passphrase to turn it off. [00:50:44] Speaker D: Do I get to ask, what's the password? [00:50:47] Speaker A: Uh, no. I appreciate the question, but each golem would be. Is when they're activated, they're set up with a specific passphrase. So whoever activated this golem to. To attack, set that code. [00:51:12] Speaker D: Yeah, I guess I'll share that. Like, we'd have to tell it something. I don't know what that would be. [00:51:18] Speaker A: You also have one more question. [00:51:19] Speaker E: What are the blue gems for? [00:51:21] Speaker D: Yeah, what are the blue gems for? [00:51:23] Speaker A: Um, it's lazarite. [00:51:26] Speaker D: It's a part of the golems. [00:51:28] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah. [00:51:29] Speaker D: Like, are those the ones that give it the attributes? [00:51:31] Speaker A: No, not necessarily. It's just made out of lazarite. So it's like regular stone and striped with blue gems inside of it. Sorry, I was unclear about that. [00:51:42] Speaker D: Special attacks or abilities. [00:51:44] Speaker A: Okay. Special attack necrotic field 30ft. Positive energy effects within the golem's necrotic field deal only half the normal damage. Additionally, all dead within his and deal an additional one d six negative damage with their natural attacks. Inexorable March 1 action, the golem strides up to its speed, pushing back each creature whose space it moves into and damaging them if they try and stop its movement. A creature can bar the way by succeeding at a DC 36 fortitude, save on a critical success. The resisting creature takes no damage. Otherwise, it takes damage equal to that dealt by the golems. Fist. Necrotic affliction trigger. The golem hits a slowed creature. The creature must succeed at a DC 34 fortitude. Save or become drained. One or drain two on a critical failure as the golems lazarite leeches vital energies and causes wounds to rotten narcotic pulse. One action arcane concentrate. Disease necromancy and negative. Each creature in a ten foot emanation must succeed at a DC 32 fortitude. Safe or take one d six persistent necrotic damage and be slowed one for 1 minute as their flesh and bones temporarily atrophy. The golem can't use necrotic pulse again for one d four rounds. [00:53:16] Speaker D: But that feeds into its thing. That does actually ouch when you're slowed. Okay. It is quite dangerous if we go up against it, but I'm not sure we have another choice. [00:53:28] Speaker E: Well, again, where did the other two go? Perhaps we can follow what they went. [00:53:34] Speaker D: Well, not if we get. Well, I guess we could go around whichever way they did. But I don't think this is going to let us get any further into the room. Okay, well, yeah, I know. That's the end of my turn. I moved twice and I did the recall knowledge, so. [00:53:46] Speaker A: Okay. Brianna. [00:53:49] Speaker E: I don't think Brianna the tank would be comfortable leaving Suri up there against the thing. [00:53:54] Speaker A: Okay, so I mean, it's not a tactical move yet. [00:53:59] Speaker E: No, but in the. In the event it does, she will. She will move and I will end my turn there with a shield raise, just in case. [00:54:11] Speaker A: Okay, perfect. All right, that's it for the end of round one. How. How are we all feeling? [00:54:23] Speaker D: Intrigued. [00:54:25] Speaker A: Oh, twin talon. You forgot to have to sonny do her move. Where would she like to do? Or her. [00:54:30] Speaker B: I mean, she would do it on Brianna. I'm sorry. On twin talents turn. [00:54:33] Speaker A: Yeah, I know, we just. I forgot about it. So where would you like her to move? [00:54:36] Speaker B: She's just hanging out with Brianna. She doesn't really know what's going on yet, so I haven't had a turn on Twintal's turn. He'll, she'll fall behind. Brianna. She. She's more than capable of keeping up with her. One move with a running Brianna. [00:54:49] Speaker A: No, I know. I know. I just wanted to make sure you know, I'm trying to be nicer. [00:54:55] Speaker B: I don't know why, but I appreciate it. [00:54:57] Speaker A: You're welcome. [00:54:58] Speaker B: I didn't say thank you, but I appreciate it. [00:55:00] Speaker A: We're going to end the episode here. [00:55:03] Speaker D: You're welcome. [00:55:04] Speaker A: We're going to end the episode here. I didn't interrupt anyone's turn. I interrupted my own turn. See? Turning over a new leaf. Bye bye.
