Show Notes

Thank you for your continued patience as the Cracked Die crew recovers from a bout of illnesses and IRL mischief that cut rather deeply into our recording schedule. We should be back by next week!
This week, Sean interviews not Rob but KnifeSword in a...somewhat familiar style to some of you.

Episode Transcript

[00:00:40] Speaker A: Hello and welcome to behind the adventurer. My name is Shawn, and I will be your host again this week. With me. I have a small yet mighty, mighty person with me. Hello. Life sword. Dark hole. See? Eagle teeth. How are you doing this evening? [00:01:01] Speaker B: Why, hello, Sean. Thanks for having me here today. Honestly though, next time, only green M and Ms. Thank you. [00:01:11] Speaker A: Yes, I did not get your writer until you showed up today. That is on us. So, as we always do on this show, I would like to ask you some questions about your life and who you are. So, for the first, what made you want to go out and adventure. [00:01:37] Speaker B: So 30 potted plants is not enough. What you really need is 472. In a nice tiered fashion, it leads to more of a cozy ambiance. [00:01:50] Speaker A: Um, yes, I see. What is your goal in life? [00:01:57] Speaker B: What I like is a good bore. You know, you get a good one with a nice, good scent on it. You roast it up, you chop it up, you blend it and you drink it down. Nothing better. [00:02:13] Speaker A: Um. Yes. Is your headset working? Are you receiving the same? Anyway, what is your favorite word? [00:02:27] Speaker B: Mobile. And quite squishy. Several things tend to go wrong with it. Oh, wait 1 second. I'm getting a nomogram. Nomogram? No, no. Yes. No, no. Uh, only on every 8th Thursday. [00:02:49] Speaker A: Um, that is quite a bit of words for you. Knife? Sword. Uh, what is your least favorite word? [00:02:58] Speaker B: Noam. Fader. Gravity farts. [00:03:01] Speaker A: I can see that. Um, is there a color that you like? [00:03:09] Speaker B: So there are 12,000 kinds of soup that you can look into. 12,000. I mean, there could be more. I mean, don't get me started. You start mixing the soups together. I mean, it's infinite. I mean, there's so many soups out there that, you know, I mean. I mean, if you put noodles in. No noodles, you know, living, unliving, it's just, could go on forever. I mean, it's just a deep subject. [00:03:32] Speaker A: Is there a color you dislike? [00:03:35] Speaker B: Wankle. [00:03:37] Speaker A: Oh, I dread to ask these next questions. What is it that turns you on? [00:03:46] Speaker B: There should be more cheese in the larder. [00:03:52] Speaker A: Of course. What is something that turns you off? [00:03:58] Speaker B: Bath. [00:04:00] Speaker A: Right. Of course. What is your favorite thing to do when not traveling? [00:04:06] Speaker B: 28. Toe fungus. [00:04:10] Speaker A: Right. What is your favorite curse word? [00:04:17] Speaker B: What are you wearing? Is that. Is that feathers? I mean, bravo. You must have to kill a great bird for that. [00:04:26] Speaker A: Yes, indeed. No, this is polyester. What is a sound or a noise you love? [00:04:35] Speaker B: Roast chicken. Never really turned me on. [00:04:39] Speaker A: Right. And what is a noise or sound that you hate? [00:04:44] Speaker B: I'm sorry. Do you smell that? I think something's burning. [00:04:47] Speaker A: What is a profession other than your own that you would like to attempt to. [00:04:53] Speaker B: Nope, nope, nope. Never mind, never mind. It's supposed to smell like that. [00:04:57] Speaker A: Quite. What profession would you never want to do? [00:05:04] Speaker B: I guess I'd say whatever I felt like right now. [00:05:10] Speaker A: Finally, if heaven does exist, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the pearly gate? [00:05:19] Speaker B: Look, this could go on for days and days and days, but I've got things to do, so. Yeah, take the third door to the left, down the ladder, through the sewer and out by the docks. [00:05:32] Speaker A: Of course you would. Well, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to thank you for listening to another interview of behind the adventure. I'd like to thank our guest this week. Knife. Sword, dark hole. Seagull teeth. And if you got any information out of this, you're a better person than I. I'm more confused than when we started, but I hope you learned something. We will see you next week.
